The city just spent $$$$ on renovating this park. Now there is a huge grassy area with a sidewalk all around it. There is a slide, 2 hammocks, and a rope jungle gym. They were still working on the covered pavilion when I took these photos. The older section of the park has covered picnic tables and 2 huge play-sets for the kids. There is some parking at the end of Georgian Drive West. Such awesome improvements to this park that is walking distance for the residents of the East side of Ashford Park Neighborhood and the surrounding Chamblee neighbors!
3 separate playgrounds. Sheltered picnic tables. Not crowded. Plenty of room to run and small Creek to Wade in.
Love this park! Specially after all the improvements that were done by the city of Brookhaven.
Nice quiet park. No traffic as it’s a dead end and they have ceiling fans.

If you live in the neighborhood, I'm sure it's a lovely place to walk to and stroll around and bring your kids to play. If not, good luck navigating the narrow roads where people don't always park on one side of the street, making driving a little bit of a nightmare.
This park is located in a great neighborhood. The families that live here are what make it so great of course! There are two different sections of the park that have beautiful scenery, two rivers, (one for each section) and a safe playground area for kids to enjoy.
New park. Cons:. No bathrooms. Streetside parkings only Play structures are good for preschoolers. Has a half basketball Court.

We love this park for our toddler because it is very accessible for her starting when she can walk. There are plenty of toddler toys while also having a full-size playground. LOTS of swings (3 different sets).
