We accidentally came upon this gem! Spent a couple hours and thoroughly enjoyed it - 4 of us. We were in Dawsonville camping and had a great time. Loved learning and seeing all the memorabilia in this cool car racing museum!

Bill Elliott, champion NASCAR driver, retired to Dawsonville and where else would the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame be located? And his son Chase Elliott, who is also a racing champion, lives here. So yeah, out here in Dawsonville is the perfect place for this history museum. It starts with a video of racing highlights and some explanation of Dawsonville's importance and after that, you're treated to a collection of racing memorabilia including trophies, posters, race uniforms and helmets and yes, a number of cars from different race categories. Plenty to see. We lucked out today with a car show in the front and a barbecue out back. There is a gift shop with shirts and hats and such. There are some "Bill Elliott" fridge magnets, too.
I want today during the moonshine so I just kind of wandered in and wandered out as I was checking out different vendors so as far as the inside that I really got to see it was kind of cool they were some race cars and whatnot I got a few photos more than in years past
It's not really big but it is Worth going to, we enjoyed it, and actually learned a lot, the guy at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable
Great place. Lot of older Nascar stuff and info. The Elliott family room is awesome. Definitely worth the entry fee and time.
I had family visiting from afar, and the kids were out of school for spring break. So I decided to bring everyone up to the racing hall of fame, and I'm glad that I did. I used Groupon along with a promo code that I found online to get in for half-price. The coolest thing was Chase Elliot's race truck that you could sit in and practice a tire change on.
A must see if an Elliott racing fan. Lots to see and the staff are friendly and helpful. Have a done a great job at persevering racing history.

We were driving through and stopped for brunch. The food was wonderful and the owner sat with us at our table and made us feel welcome. Everyone was so nice and we look forward to coming back again.
After hiking approx 5 miles in a thunderstorm, the inn was a welcome place. We were able to sit in a nice community room with heaters and dry our clothes. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast and dinner were excellent. Our room was tiny but
This trail is for the beauty, the rushing water, the super rugged terrain and the opportunity to connect with and experience nature. Not the place to go for exercise! Itâs too treacherous! Go here and sit on large rocks on the middle of the river.

This place is really close by from the outlet. Maybe because I'm hungry after shopping around but the food is really good! We ordered Rad Na, Tom Kha hotpot, and Green curry. The ladies are really nice and they sell some merchandise too. I'm surprise

Service is usually good at Waffle House but this location had an outstanding crew. Waitstaff was excellent! Food was very good as is the overall value. I didn't have a waffle this time but still highly recommend them. Can't beat the hashbrowns.
Good place to eat. Food was amazing. My almost 2 years old loved French fries ð. It was good and crunchy. As well as delivering load was good 53' reefer and truck with sleeper needed to back up see photos. Fries and burger was around $18.@@. Work
