Georgia Potato Factory - Restaurant in Jonesboro - 8057 Tara Blvd, USA

I’ve been to a few locations, but this by far is the best. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was very helpful. Staff was very pleasant. Location was kept clean as well. I ordered the Jerk Chicken potato (it may not be on the menu but it’s available), and I’m happy I did. Very good and filling. The only reason I rated food 4/5 is because I wasn’t a fan of their chicken and fries. I ordered the honey hot wings and fries. The fries were soggy and the chicken was soft. I love my chicken fried a little harder. But the flavor was really good. Highly recommend.

Philly cheese potato was really good. Nacho fries weren’t great & “wings” are definitely frozen/prepackaged wings they just toss in sauce.

It’s been several years since I’ve been here but I was truly impressed. The service was fast, the establishment was clean, staff was friendly and the food was good.

I was very disappointed. We waited 45 minutes on horrible food. I ordered chili cheese fries. First I couldn’t find the fries. Second I’m wondering why they were put in the microwave that made it a hot soggy mess. Wings taste like they were warmed up and note that people like more flavors than ranch dressing. Philly cheese baked potatoes had more onions than Philly. There were 2 young ladies there that were very overwhelmed with how busy it was. And maybe that was the problem. Did someone not show up to work?

My 2nd time eating here and Ray most definitely gonna have me coming back for more just look at MY FOOD!!! Thank you Ray for making my food with love and for the 7 Up pound cake!!!!

Food is good but the older heavyset lady with the accent was rude. I didn’t receive a greeting like the men who came in after me. Simply asked what am I getting. When my order was ready she just handed it off to me with no response when I thanked her. However she was polite to the men patrons.

I'm from Chicago and my friend is from Cali, and we are some serious foodies. The establishment was very clean, the customer service was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. They discontinued the corned beef and that was the one I really wanted. But I got the BBQ pulled pork and it was absolutely amazing!!!! My friend got the Philly cheese steak and it was good to. I will definitely make this a regular once a week place for my friends and family. The food was a great and unbeatable price. They gave a free cake to my friend because it was her Birthday lol. It took me two days to eat my food, and it was worth every bite. Good job Georgia Potato Factory
