Would be nice if the people who work in this building would learn to treat people with dignity and respect. Barking orders and speaking the way that they do does not help. Customer courtesy needs to be taught in this place because I have never been treated so terribly in my life as I did here.

Had to get my GA license after relocating from FL. In and out in less than 10 min. Super friendly. Be sure you do the app online before you come in and have all the documents needed when you arrive (tells you online exactly what you need).

I was cited for speeding in Alachua County, FL on 22 Jun 2023. I paid the citation on 7 July 23 and completed the GA Defensive Driving Course. I was stopped by WRPD on 11 January 2023. Upon processing my driver's license, I learned that my license was suspended due to failure to appear in court in Florida. The Alachua court denied the defensive driving certificate due to it not being a Florida Defensive driving certificate. However, I resolved the issue and the Florida Clerk of Court sent me a license reinstatement letter. I went to Warner Robins Department of Driving Services to reinstate my license. I presented my court letter to the representative. She denied my request to reinstate my license because the letter did not specifically say “Failure to Appear Reinstatement Letter.” However, the letter specifically says “ PRESENT THIS LETTER OF COMPLIANCE TO YOUR LOCAL DRIVER LICENSE AGENCY AND ASK TO HAVE YOUR LICENSE REINSTATED.” The clerk at the Warner Robins Department of Driving Services was rude, did not attempt to read the letter, lacked customer service skills, dismissive, lazy, incompetent and would not speak to the Florida Clerk of Court representative. I did not ask to speak to a manager because everyone at this location was unprofessional.

It's usually a bad experience here but I was pressed for time and couldn't go anywhere else. Very unprofessional and inexperienced. They took an endorsement off of my license that doesn't expire, they went back and forth with me over whether or not I could take my hazmat test to renew it, the tsa receipt has always been good enough and all of a sudden it wasn't. I don't get to come home often and because of this dds I was forced to let my hazmat lapse and spent money on a background check for nothing and wasted my time off.

I had to renew my driver's license so I showed up Tuesday about 745am. I also submitted my application online. This gets you faster service so be sure to do the same. Online you can print the form or submit it. When you use the submit button it goes into their system and you have 4 weeks to go in person before it expires. 6 people were denied help because they didn't have their SSN so be sure to bring yours and any other documents required...check online. There is no shelter if it's cold or hot so dress appropriately because they do not open before 8am. There is handicap parking and a ramp for ease of entrance. The young lady who helped me was super sweet and professional.

Not a large crowd. In and out quickly. Customer service was great; friendly greeting from agent.
