The last time I was here was 2001, and somehow the place has hardly changed. The food is classic American diner fare. Great service, a great line cook, and a small dining room make for an A+ experience. I hope I don’t have to wait another 20+ years to come back.
Went for lunch. Place was half full. We both had double cheese burgers they messed it up. I had to go to the front where they were all standing and talking. Fries were cold and my mom's bacon was soft when she ordered it crisp. We will try again in awhile. Not to happy about them raising the prices again. Good luck hope yours is good.
I haven't eaten at a George Webb Restaurant in quite some time, it was nice to see that the food was still great, service was friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and clean. Very enjoyable experience as usual
Normally this location is NOT one I would review by personal choice. (For professional reasons) A West Bend resident asked me to do so. On 10-07-2020, at 12:00 noon I accompanied someone to have lunch here. I had the steak, eggs and hash browns. During the course of my visit, I took the oppertunity to look around and pay attention. The help was very helpful and polite. The food was great and served exactly as I ordered it. The facility itself was well kept, organized and clean. I found no reason at all to say anything bad at all.
Grant it only one person was working but was not busy. Ordered food but when they brought it was not what we ordered substituted items without asking no refills or asked if we needed anything else. Most times we come here service is great but total miss today.
It was an authentic George Webb experience. Fast efficient service. Friendly welcoming atmosphere. Food was great, had breakfast.
We have been coming here for years when we are in the area. The food is great for the price. You can't beat the friendly staff. They are phenomenal.
