I went in today to have the “screen of death” repaired and they fixed my device in 20 minutes for a very affordable price. The man that fixed my phone was absolutely wonderful; so kind and understanding. If you’re having issues with a device in this area, I would 100% recommend coming here!

Genius has helped me with repairs/upgrades on two computers this year, and their troubleshooting and service has been quick and thorough. Every staff member I've encountered has been friendly and helpful. Gio took the time to explain everything while answering every question I had.

I bought a Fusion5 tablet that gave me problems from the beginning and after the company's attempt to fix it that didn't work, I asked for a refund since it was under warranty. They refused. Genius told me the Motherboard was gone and recommended I switch to an Ipad, so I did. But since I have no experience with Apple products I couldn't figure out how to set it up. So I went back to them and they helped me set it up. They never charged me for anything during both visits. They were kind and professional. Highly recommend them.

I took my hp desktop in last Thursday. Told them it was an error f30 where it was something with the boot. Heard from them last Friday to pick it up. It worked for the rest of the afternoon on Friday. Then I woke up Saturday am to work and it showed the same blue screen and error that it showed prior to dropping it off. Called on Saturday morning. Said the owner could only make those refund decisions and no computer people were in. Told me to call Monday. Called Monday. Owner wasn't in. Gave them my cell and to have him call me. Just called this am. Owner still not in. Going to the bank to dispute the charge. I also told them I have photos with time stamps stating the same error. Doesn't matter. They're in no hurry to issue me a refund so the bank will do it for me. Do not recommend.

He's the best! Not only he has fixed my computer, but he arranged the wiring neatly and it no longer looks like a wire jungle inside my PC. Excellent service.

I found this company when building my sister a computer for Christmas. I got everything done and made some mistake that made the computer inoperable. This was the first place I found in my search for help on this issue. I called them and explained my situation and how important it was to me that this issue was to be fixed in 24hrs the weekend before Christmas. To me, this was an impossible task giving the time constraints I was asking for. This company is the only reason the computer I built was ready for Christmas. They got the issue resolved in less than 24hrs. Im not saying that they will be able to work wonders in every situation. I completely understood what I was asking. I have taken several computers to them since then and every single time its been an awesome experience. Im pretty tech savvy myself and every problem I bring them is one I deem impossible. They have always come through for me and I refuse to go anywhere else at this point. I brought them a MacBook recently and the depth they went to find the problem was incredible. From ordering a battery to no avail. I was so surprised that they will only charge you for what fixes the problem and not all the attempts they make without success. Turned out to be a failed motherboard. I was only charged for the motherboard plus a single bench charge. They called me explaining the cost of the motherboard before hand and that they believed it to be the issue. They were correct and was able to fix the issue at the conclusion. They had this computer for about a month and in that time I can only imagine the time they spent on this computer. In their defense, I specifically explained I was in no hurry on this computer and just wanted it fixed. The price is extremely fair every time and I would highly recommend trusting them with any problem your having, I know I can!

I've taken my computer and cell phone both to Genius Computer and each time they were able to find the issue and fix it within minutes. They truly gave "service with a smile"! I highly recommend them as true "genius"! 😊
