Genghis Grill - Restaurant in Greenville - 1140 Woodruff Rd, USA

We've been coming here for about 5 years now. Only about twice a year when my mom is in town since otherwise we stay off Woodruff rd for dining. Anyway the food has always been spectacular. I'm always nervous when it comes to mixing my sauces cause I can never remember what I did last time. It always seems to work out and be delicious. Service has been spotty before but the last couple times has been good. This place is a hidden gem in Greenville and we need to support it!!

Cool concept for making your own meal. You choose a small, medium or large bowl, fill it with met and vegetables, then let them cook it on a big wheel hot stone. It was cool to watch. Food selections are good, steak, chicken, salmon, bacon, and ham among other meats. They encourage you to stack it as high as you can! For most people, the small bowl with be enough. Rice or noodles are added after, so doesn't eat up the room in the bowl.

The food is delicious. Here you have the opportunity to choose the meats, vegetables, the seasoning and rice or noodles you want to eat. The service from Kia (the manager) was incredible, at that moment she was alone in the restaurant and she served us like a champion. Thank you Kia for your excellent service. What did disappoint me a little was the conditions of the restaurant, it has declined. The walls need repair and painting.

Miyah was amazing! She greeted and seated us as soon as we walked in. She explained the menu options very well. The food was excellent, we will definitely be returning soon. Very clean and fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We come here quite often and the food is always good. Plenty of meaty options along with plenty of veggies. Heather has always been so kind and always have conversations with me and my family while we dine in and it makes our experience so good I would recommend anyone to try out this place!!!

Love the food and everything about this place they were spot on when it came to there food and drinks. You have to try the rum punch it is amazing. This place is definitely worth a try.

The food is always great. I love the healthy but flavorful options. The service was good. I would not recommend ordering online. The payment system is not the best and can charge you twice if you’re not careful. Hopefully the situation is resolved when my payment post.

When we walked in we were a little taken aback by the state of the restaurant and the lack of patrons as this used to be a go to spot. After realizing that it was under new management we noticed the staff that was there was busting it to make it an enjoyable experience. I probably won’t be back often due to the price point but will recommend to others. I hope the new management does a remodel of the whole restaurant. Fresh paint and a deep clean of the floors would go a long way. I wish the new management luck as they navigate this location and I hope they find success.
