I wouldn’t even give this one star, we waiting over a hour for our food, I only received mine, while waiting for our two other orders, they didn’t have lemonade, the waitress told pointing at a minute maid bottle, saying that’s all they had left, I kept asking for a different drink, never received it( remind you this been three time I asked the waitress for a drink).By the time I finished my bowl, it wasn’t filling it barley had anything in it. I still waited for my tables two orders, then the waitress asked if I wanted my ticket without giving me the rest of my order, when I brought it to her attention, she still try to charge me for all three meals, she didn’t refund me for the HORRIBLE service, I got, we still paid by the way. Also, They had a hole in the wall by the food you picked out to make your food. I used to LOVE Genghis Grill, but I will not be back. Due the service from hell I received.

Can’t get better than making your own meal and then having it cooked for you! Service was spectacular as well! The ingredients were fresh and satisfying. It was slow and we were the only two in the place, but hey, on Valentine’s weekend, you can’t beat that!! All in all, great food and an awesome experience. Oh! The peanut butter bomb was delicious as well!!

Great food, great price, great service, waitress was very friendly and was wonderful!!

Genghis Grill used to be so good back in the day, this location fell short of my expectation since I haven't been here in a long time. It was around 8 pm and the place closes at 10. When we walked in, we should've walked right back out because there was so many dirty tables, that immediately turned me off, but my dad wanted to eat here. The waitress had to clean our table for us to sit down, the cushion seats are old and beat in. The floor was sticky like it hadn't been cleaned properly in days. The bar to fix your food on was clean and well stocked. My food was just okay. A lot of people I noticed did not like their food, and either took it to go or they left it on the table. Afterwards, I had a pretty upset stomach, so I will not be back to this location.

We walked in at 8:53. They were completely empty and cleaning the final touches. They allowed us to still get 5 bowls made and cooked. They were all super friendly and welcoming in the process. Not one person was upset or made us feel rushed! They had conversations with us and the overall experience was phenomenal! Of course the food is too! Little did they know that it has been a rough week for my family because we were mourning the loss of my husband.. my brother came in from out of state this evening and that was his one request, Genghis. That little gesture of kindness and friendliness added a little light to our darkness today! Thank you!!

Love this place, whether sitting down to eat or ordering takeout. My food is always correct, fresh and hot, even with my 20 minute drive home. Love how they offer you a free drink and small appetizer if your to-go order isn't quite ready! Customer service is exceptional!

Place looked dirty and smelled like wet dog. Took forever for the waitress to come over to take our order. Food was ok. Would not recommend coming here.

I don't know who is in charge of the schedule or hiring, but whoever decided that having one waitress, one bartender, one busser, and then the cook line is enough on a Saturday during Christmas shopping season needs to go to business school or hand over the keys one. The waitress, Rozlin, was doing the jobs of hosting, cleaning forks to get out to diners, looked like she was preparing the actual tables for new diners, taking orders on napkins - doing whatever needed to be done, all with a smile on her face. (At some point, another waitress showed up, but it was almost pointless as the noon rush was dying down.) When we got our food, nearly an hour after arriving, it was great. Maybe not worth the price, but there are more problems than the price of the bowl going on at this location. The floors were sticky, tables felt a little tacky, too - more of a leftover soap tacky feeling. The menus could also use a major wipe down. This entire location could use a shutdown for a day or two just cleaning. Not just a wipe down either, more like a steam clean and someone's momma from the 80s has a switch ready smack if you miss a spot kind of clean. I'd come back, but only for the waitress. And after a deep clean.
