I would put lower then 1 star. Duck tape inn what one of the guys that work for them for discount on there rent! But if you where license contractors. You don't want this place on your resume! Racoons in the walls hornets bed bugs because they put same bed from one of the other room. Don't think they had anything new in them over 30 years! Owners paid $250.00 from family when it was kinda good. Now roof is bad. Only 4 or 5 rooms have cable box, TV's are about 30 years old. Almost everything the use came from the trash. If owe money or don't. They know the place is way over price! And tell care taker to check pockets if the client dies. Septic tank doesn't work right. So her worker told dog a hole and dump sewage into the guys yard nextdoor! Toilet back up all the time. She turned down water used so you would only use a very very little. Owner hates dog and orders the renters to walk there dogs in the back where your can get hurt. If you have a job. And it pays more then $15 and hour! She jacks up the rent base on you income. And some of her help are drug users and drug dealers. An has them go into your room when your not there. Police department don't really want anything to do with the place! Roof falling apart. Foundation of the place is bad! And she hates spending money on the place. Needs around $100,000 dollars worth in repair. And they can't sale the place unless they spend $100,000 dollars in repair. Community action and caseworker will not pay for people live there unless you have substance abuse. ( I mean your in some kinda of rehab plan.) But there drug users and drug dealers already there! And seem from Robbie dump sewer waste into the stream so bad you can smell it across the street. If you like pay more money on this place then you would anywhere else. Or when caseworker will say. Geneva motel is worst then being homeless!

This place isn't bad as every one say The owners are great people very friendly

This place is the worst place to stay. Bed bugs, fleas, mold, showers don't work right, toilets could just fall over, they rent to any crack head with a dime. They ask long term tenants to hold keys and rent rooms and to clean the rooms when people check out, They don't pay you for the work or take it off the rent. This place needs shut down. The health dept needs to do a pop up inspection. When I staied there the health dept was scheduled for an inspection the own went to Walmart get new pillows for the rooms left the plastic on the pills from the store so she could take them back after the inspection. They do not was the blankets ever that go on the beds.

Completely ran down the owners try to get me to work on the place and didn't want to give me any money or credit towards my visit. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like living in the dump

Absolutely the WORST place on Earth!! Bed bug infested that ate up my wife so bad from head to toe (LITERALLY-I wish I could post pictures of the damage) I caught black mold infection & could hardly breathe. The tenants do the work around the place, especially of the owners know the health department is coming. They NEVER lift a finger to do any work around there. I brought to attention about the infestation & the owner's FIRST response was (I quote) "You didn't tell anyone did you??" Sinks in some rooms are LITERALLY holding on by a thread. Ceiling caving in. Water stains showing leaks. Brought it to the owners attention, she said, "Just put new tile up, put a towel inside to slow the leak. Smell of the rooms are HORRIBLE. The day we checked in the floor was littered with food & crumbs from Hof knows what. Used condoms behind the dresser. Toilet in our room was detached from the floor, where when you used it it'd lean with you OFF the floor. The owner's fix of the bed bug infestation was just bringing a new bed, which myself & another tenant unloaded, plus loading our old beds & one at the front office that had the black stain from where they lay their eggs. Needless to say we checked out the next day. They asked US to buy spray to spray the room, didn't as much as offer to reimburse. I brought up it needed fumigated & he said the spray will work...from the dollar store at that. Obviously not knowing the BUILDING needs it to cure it. One guy peeps in the windows while your in the bathroom. Brought to the owners attention & he says it's because the guy is off his meds. (WTF??!) Another tenant SCREAMING at her boyfriend & the owner just watched, never said a word to her. We asked for a full refund after all this & they offered HALF! Then had the nerve to ask me to write there was nothing wrong w our room. If there was A NEGATIVE 5 star option, I'd give it a NEGATIVE FIFTY!!! As we speak & take this as GOSPEL, until my dying breath, will contact anyone & everyone in authority to have that place LEVELED to the ground!!! News channels have been contacted. Best part?? I have it ALL documented & took pictures. What I have to go through w the black mold infection & my wife being eaten up?? I couldn't imagine a child having to go through. HOW these ppl sleep at night is BEYOND me!!

Me my mom and her now ex bf had to stay hear i could not breath the black mold was so bad i had got a bottle of bleach to try and kill the mold but it was to bad the beds omg thay had stanes like i cold not believe i felt dirty eaven after a shower do NOT stay hear not eaven for a one night stand

Absolutely the worst motel I have ever been to. The first thing I noticed when I pulled up was that it kinda looked way worse than anything else around it and the woman that manages it looked really dirty. But i didnt think it could be that bad and it was fairly cheap at $160 a week. Little did I know there are cheaper ones around that are way better. When I got in the room I noticed it was really hot and humid so I turned on the ac widow unit and soon came to realize it didnt work! Thats great. It was dirty and looked like it had only been vacumed. There was a very small tv with no remote. The mini fridge didnt work and the woman that manages the place told me after I asked her why my microwave smelled like paint she said it was rusting on the inside so she spray painted it. I tried to tell her you couldnt do that and she just argued with me and said I was stupid. Lol what an idiot I gave my food a paint taste and I couldnt use it. I woke up the morning after I got the room and went to take a shower and the water wouldnt get hot. Im thinking at this point could it get any worse this is crazy. I went to talk to her and she said she just orderd a part for it and it would be there in 4 days. I couldnt believe it. I went to pilot truck stop down the road and paid $12 for a shower. That night I was watching tv with the lights off and noticed something small moving on the white sheets I turned on the lights and it was a bedbug I had to leave I couldnt do it. I went to see if she would give me some money back since I paid for a week and had only been there for a day. She said look on the window it said no refunds. Save yourself the trouble dont go there.

My boyfriend and I have been here for about 2 months because we have nowhere else to go. This is the shittiest place to live. The people around here are possibly drug addicts. I've had 2 people try to break into my room while my bf was here and I was at work. The weekly rent is ridiculous. The ad said 160. Im paying 180. Tge room isnt worth it. The lady keeps bothering us. Waking us up early in the morning when both of us work til midnight. We are trying to get out of here asap. DONT COME HERE
