Gene's Motel - Motel in Cinnaminson - 1100 US-130, USA

Rooms were a decent size. Air conditioning worked very well. Shower knob worked very easily and good control of the water temp. But the bathroom needed quite a bit of repairs. Lots of great hotel movie channels. Very convenient location with many convenience store nearby ( I dont think any in short walking distance though). Had a mini fridge. 2 floors...no elevator. Had to go to desk to get ice. I paid a little under $100 per night. Has promise.

I stayed at Gene's Motel in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, and had a wonderful experience. The staff, including the owners and the cleaning crew, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of the highlights was the consistently hot water, which was available whenever we needed it. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, which was great for both work and leisure. The TV in our room was high quality and offered variety of channels to choose from I would recommend Gene's Motel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in the area. About $100 a night.

The manager and the staff are awesome, the room is clean and comfortable I was able to relax with no worries thanks again for the service and atmosphere 😀.

This is a very clean and comfortable place at the reception, they take care of it very well, I liked the comfort of the room and the bed, and the closet where you put your drinks is neither too cold nor too hot, it is very nice and the people who cleaned the room did their job well.

So I’m convinced a lot of the positive reviews are from family/friends bc this place is gross…. It’s in a good location but the rooms are poorly maintained/cleaned…the bathroom is extremelyyyy dirty….the only thing they seem to do is change the bedding and throw away trash…mirrors, walls, floor tub/toilet, dressers and headboard everything was visibly dirty….then the guy had the nerve to randomly ask us were we smoking in the room but the “non smoking room” we requested smelled like smoke the moment we got there not to mention the burn holes all through the bedding… they need to do a better job with cleaning bc this is unacceptable. It’s also very outdated and could use an upgrade. Never Again.

Since my first stay here the workers have been nothing but nice and helpful even with my current situation they have went above and beyond for me since I been here I give them five stars be not only the rooms are suitable clean and spacious but the area is calm and quiet and there’s a lot around to do a close to bus stops

Overall, this motel is a bit run down. The rooms are on the small side and DESPERATELY need renovation. The housekeeping is adequate, particularly for the smoking rooms. Everything is obviously wiped down well because there is no trace of nicotine (tacky or yellow stained surfaces), but for a mild odor of smoke upon entry, which, in my opinion is completely acceptable and to be expected. Expect a limited supply of towels and only tiny bars of soap for toiletries. Enough for me to take 2 showers so I didn't need to call for more. The location is ideal for getting to the vast variety of local shopping and less than 20 minutes out of Philadelphia. Gene's Motel is in a safe and busy area where you'll get a reasonable rate for a modest room where no one will bother you.
