I’ve been using General Informatics for our governmental office for about two years, and they’ve been beyond wonderful and are life savers. My main contact there is worth his weight in gold. I won’t mention his name because I selfishly don’t want to share him with any more clients than I already have to. 🤣

General Informatics is the best IT company out there! They are very customer oriented and professional in every way. All of the employees go above and beyond to help you with any issues you may have, big or small. You can tell they enjoy the work they do and their enthusiasm is contagious. If you are in the market for a new IT company, or just thinking about it, I would recommend reaching out to them. They can save you money and most importantly do a terrific job for you and your company!

Katherine was superb! I cannot say enough good things about the service she provided. She spent a number of hours over 3 days (including getting a Dell tech to change the motherboard of my laptop) and she got my computer up and running again. I couldn't be happier!!!

General Informatics is truly incredible! My typical experience with technology companies have been confusing and frustrating to say the least. Not with GI- they knew exactly how to solve my IT issues and got my new company fully set up. I will never go anywhere else!

Refused to talk to me through phone because I am not a client. I live in an apartment complex where they fix my internet. They haven't fixed my Internet in 2 weeks. Whenever I talk to my front office, they say they can't talk to them because they aren't the corporation that owns Tiger plaza. They also enjoy hanging up the phone on me and not giving me any information. Awful service.
