They offer a clean bed for the night at a reasonable price. The place could use some major updating, but it is peaceful.

This little motel is my very favorite little motel in detroit. Just recently under New Management I am absolutely thrilled with the new staff. The rooms are so clean I don't really want to say anywhere else ever! Thank you Gemini for always having me a clean ,comfortable room available and thank you also for always willing to go out of your way to make sure that I'm very comfortable** five stars ** hats off you guys are great!💯💯💯

Nasty, disgusting, Outdated ,,The first room I was given was UNBELIEVABLE.. NASTY WALLS DIRTY ,#9 WAS the second room I was given,, need less to say i removed the comforter off bed..Next day I changed to sneakers and accidentally left 1of my boots in the room,hours later I called the motel an asked about my boot to be told Housekeeping tossed it in trash,,no apology,,they didn't even give me 24 hrs before discarding my boot,,,never again will I go here...burn this place ASAP

We love this little hidden gem. Super clean rooms and they’re always smelling clean too. Clean showers, and the young man at the front desk is always going above and beyond to help out and make everything as convientnet as possible. Their sidewalks and parking lot is always neat and picked up too. It’s a great place for a good rest and a wonderful price! Always happy to return when we can!

I had the amount available on my card but it got declined. I proceeded to take the $ out of the ATM but was short now from the ATM fee. They would not work with me even though I was clearly exhausted and needed a little sleep at least but I get to be a danger on the road looking for somewhere else.

AKA "No-Tell Motel") ||||After checking out of the horrible Royal Inn Motor Inn (see review) I was driving down Plymouth Rd, tired and discouraged, when I spotted the little Gemini Motel. I love little 1950's motels and had had wonderful luck with them all over Michigan this trip so I pulled in and walked into the office. I asked how much for a room and the guy said $30--that sounded great! Cash only should have put my antennae up, as should have the $5 key deposit, the condoms and douches on display in the window, and the no refund sign (did I mention I am a 59 year old grandmother and had come back to Livonia for my high school reunion?). It was late, I was tired and just wanted to find a place to sleep for the night. ||||I didn't think to ask if it was a non-smoking room till after I had paid and was told no. When I asked if he had one that was non-smoking the guy looked at me like I had gone daft. I carried in the minimum, knowing anything I took in would reek of old smoke by morning. I turned on the TV and the fan in the bathroom and the air conditioning (even though it's November and in the high 30's outside) to help circulate the putrid air and block out all noises--I didn't want to hear ANYTHING from any other rooms or outside. This looked like a place that rented by the hour. ||||I got a real sex education when I flipped the channels on the TV too! And, as feared, I smelled like smoke the next day. But the night passed without incident otherwise. ||||Then I found the lovely Days Inn further down Plymouth Rd and lived happily ever after (see review).||||They REALLY ought to give us the option of 0 stars--or even negative stars??

clean rooms, bug free, great staff, always quiet, can't get no better than that. when your staying at a room peace and quiet everything.

Can say that it's clean and smells nice to. Very curtious and the place is very quiet and peaceful as well. I would recommend it, absolutely.
