Greg, delivered excellence today. I needed urgent help to fix a jammed power button on my laptop due to a bent metal frame (HP Spectre). My dog knocked it off the couch. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Greg manipulated the bent frame so the power button could work properly. Thank you, sincerely. 10/10 🙌🏻

I contacted Gem Systems about a keyboard replacement issue. The call was answered promptly and professionally and the gentleman dove right into my issue. 'Greg' was friendly, extremely helpful and honest and gave me a perfect recommendation to assist with my computer issue. His recommendation wasn't in his interest BUT he steered me in a better direction for my specific issue. He truly went above and beyond to find the best solution for my needs. Because of that professionalism and honesty, I feel confident he can handle any future computer needs I can give him.

After trying to work with other local companies regarding my computer issues I was most pleased when I found GEM Systems. I have had printer issues which have finally been corrected by GEM Systems. They researched and got for me the perfect computer for my needs. All of my files were reloaded onto the new computer and the set up was painless and very well orchestrated. On another occasion they repaired an email issue; when I thought all of my emails were lost. They have been available and patient whenever I have had a question about computers. I highly recommend GEM Systems for all computer needs.

I had several problems with printers, routers and connection to my TV. Gem Systems was very prompt in sending Chris out to address these problems. Chris was very knowabale and made all the necessary adjustments to have all my devices working properly. I would highly recommend Gem Systems for all of your IT solutions.

I recently dug a old Dell tower out of my closet that had been collecting dust for the past 5 years to backup old pics and movies that were on it. Upon firing it up I noticed it required a password to open Windows, and I thought oh no...I will never remember what the password is. I thought for sure I had lost all of my photos and movies that were on there from many years ago. After trying over a few hundred times to open it I finally gave up and decided to look up a computer specialist to help me out. I was so fortunate to find Gem Systems, they said to bring it in and they will try to get it figured out. The next day I dropped it off in the AM and by that evening they called and said they were able to get in it and recover my data. I am forever grateful that they were able to help me out and give me back my memories of times gone by. I would highly recommend them for any computer needs and will definitely be going back to them for any future problems I may have. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you so much!
