I drove by this place and was like wow I can’t believe I’ve ever noticed it before. Quick Google and saw the menu had a Chicago Italian beef. I had to go! That’s something I miss from Chicago and Denver has a good spots. But I didn’t think Fort Collins wouldn’t have a decent let alone SPECTACULAR beef. Wow was that delicious. The meat was wet, the bread was perfect, the cheese and Giardiniera was spot on too. Pretty sure made in house because of the flavor those had. The staff were super friendly and chill. Let me taste all the gelato I wanted while I waited for my food, which wow, authentic doesn’t even come close. So good!!! She also recommended the meatballs as a little addition since it was my first time in. Holy moly was that a good suggestion. The meatballs and sauce were so tasty and rich in flavor. I will be back for sure to try whatever else they got going on in that kitchen! A Fort Collins gem for sure!
We need to keep coming back here. Soooo many incredibly tasty choices! Soups, salads, pasta, hot sandwiches. The staff was very friendly (yay Clarke!) & patient with us on trying to decide what to order. There are tables to sit outside & also it's fur baby friendly where they can sit with you. A busy & unique restaurant.
This was a fun little stop outside of the large city park in Fort Collins. If you're not that hungry, you might want to share a sandwich with someone since they're huge and really good. I also recommend getting the random Gelato flavor since you really can't go wrong. There is only outside seating so it's a great to-go place (take your for to the park and eat there).
A very underrated place in Fort Collins. I have never had pasta as soft and fresh as it is served here. I could just eat their boiled pasta as such. The gelatos were amazing! The flavours change everyday. Thus far, here are my must try suggestions (in order) - walnut fig, butter pecan, pistachio, ricotta stracciatella, Irish cream, hazelnut and chocolate. They have pasta, pizza, burger, grab and go pasta salads, canoli and a few other desserts. You have vegan and vegetarian options here.
I stopped in here for the first time today on recommendation from a friend. The owner Paul was extremely nice, shared all about his shop and his future plans and gave us lots of gelato samples. My family is from New York City and I'm a bit of a snob when it come to Italian food. Fort Collins has been lacking a casual and affordable Italian spot that isn't a chain for quite some time, and I've been missing decent Italian. Everything I tried was amazing, well cooked and nothing was from a generic food supplier. They had lots of locally sourced ingredients and the pasta was super tasty. I am so happy to have found this spot and I'll be back in A LOT! They have lots of grab and go options which is super exciting as well!
I just finished a remarkable meal from this little gem. I’ve eaten from here on multiple occasions because it’s got really good carry out food and they have a nice little selection of grab and go desserts. Tonight I had their seasonal special, beef stroganoff; it was made with absolutely gorgeous, locally grown oyster mushrooms and it was superb.
What a great little spot to have nearby! Everything I've tried has been incredible. They have many options for lunch and dinner including pre-made grab-and-go for you to warm up at home, or more elaborate options made to order. The Gelato is amazing too, they even have multiple vegan options.
Hats off to Chef Michael and the support staff. Such a pleasant experience in there. HIGHLY recommend the specials. Definitely a lot of love in every dish. And the mushrooms are FIRE Don't forget to grab a Pine Nut Cookie. So loaded
