The associate arrived on time, was intelligent, efficient, courteous and pleasant. He solved my issue in a half hr. I'd wrestled with it over 6 hrs and multiple videos. The next time I confront a computer/tech issue I'll just call Geeks On Site.
Called these people about a repair I have never heard less enthusiastic sounding employees in my life and also they don’t seem to repair much either…..
