Called about an unresponsive MS Surface Pro 4. Took it in for diagnostic & Ahmed called me back to describe how risky removing the screen was. I gave him the ok & he called me when it failed. The next day he configured a like used laptop with my programs and data and had it ready to go when I got there for a reasonable price. This was service on a great level. These guys were great! I came home from a long weekend away to a F3O hard drive/boot failure on my 2019 all-in-on HP Envy desktop computer. Ugh. They were able to perform data recovery (as much as they could, which was my pictures - most importantly, because I learned a lesson the hard way about data backup) and install a new HD all in one day for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
