I went to best buy and found out that my labtop could not be fixed because it was more than 5 years old. I wasn't disappointed. I knew it was older. The same lady who helped me was able to sale me a new labtop. It was mailed to my house in less than a week. Thank you.
Terrible service, I come to this store trying to get couple of security cameras and a doorbell but when I was asking about the features the girl was with an attitude so I didn't feel comfortable, I tried to get somebody else and call another person and told just a minute so I waited 10 minutes later I saw her again and tried to call her she turned her head and continued waking ignoring me, they probably think they are doing us a favor, I know they don't care but I will never walk into this store again, they should train their employees to be more courteous with customers
The friendliness and knowledge of the Geek Squad agents have been excellent. I've used the Geek Squad 2x in the past 30 days and 3x in the past 7 months. Each experience was outstanding and timely. I will continue using the Geek Squad at this location.

Very unprofessional wokers, waist of my time. I made an appointment to have my 80 inch TV to be installed and made sure everything was included with the installation because I'm not good with technology. For the 2nd time they failed to show up on time with the appointment time schedule they gave me. Not only do they not show up but they fail to notify me to let me know they canceled my order. For the amount of money I pay to insure my TV is installed on time they fail to do there job. If I can do zero stars I would. Dont bother hiring them to do it just take your business else where because they are very unprofessional and unreliable
I tried to drop off my phone to get it fixed. The girl at the Geek Squad only seemed interested in telling me what they CAN'T do for me. This is not what I was sold when I bought the phone at Best Buy. I tried to explain the problem but she would not listen and wouldn't let me finish a sentence, so I walked out. Pretty disappointing to get such poor service considering I bought two phones and insurance.
I try to give places a chance but this is the 3rd time i had to wait for over an hour at this geek squad. AVOID if you can!
They are very unorganized and cannot multitask.
Make sure you set up an appointment online. I waited over 1.5 hours to reset a password that only takes 10 min at the most with the crack disk. The help desk person kept addressing walk ins and then had to have a tech guy in the back do it.
