Johanni is the best. I needed Geek Squad services a number of times over the past year and I couldn't have made it without her expertise. You rock girl!

Had a major hack coincidentally by trying to contact Geek Squad I then went directly to tje store and they were excellent about service on line.

I want to thank Brendan from the Geek Squad at Best Buy in Danvers for helping me to eliminate cable tv in my home. What I am saving on my cable bill for the year paid for 2 new Samsung TVs and a total care plan for the year with Geek Squad. Brendan came to my house and took care of everything: mounting the TVs on the wall, taking away old technology and cable wires, setting up Samsung Plus, which is a free live streaming app already built in to the new TVs. Now, he is helping me to lower my $130/mo internet cost. I am not knowledgeable about this stuff. I could never have done any of this without his help. Thank you, Brendan and Geek Squad!

Geek squad did a outstanding job with the configuration of my new laptop. Did what I asked for, answered all my questions; set up an appointment for me to pick up the laptop; did a walk-thru of how to set up the remote connection; and made several suggestions, such as to try some new anti-virus software. Overall, when I left I knew everything was going to work well, and everything worked as projected by the team. In today's environment, this is not the norm. With the Geek squad it is. Money well invested.

It all began when I received a follow up call to my scheduled appt. w/GS. Chris didn't seem to like his job or want to be there. Poor phone manner! When I show up for my scheduled appointment. Kim with no eye contact talks over me.... Saying comments like; "you have a $250 deductible"; without even referencing/looking up my account. Then Sam comes out from the back...interrupts and speaks to me like I'm 2yrs old. Neither one could find my service plan in the system. I walked away...when I turned to a manager on the floor of BBUY and mentioned to her about my experience...she simply said "ok". I went to my car called 1800 - geek squad whom found my service plan!! I immediately canceled the plan. Contact your local computer service biz. So much more knowledgeable and I might add professional!! Customer service is dead at Best Buy in Danvers. Lost my business.

Damn poor! Very nice, on time pleasent techs. However, what I wanted was to be able to transfer vinyl and cassettes to disc, Bought $300 turntable , $550 receiver, $200 dual cassette, and $300 cd recorder. They have been to my house 3 times (The 3rd visit was gratis) and I still have not been able to transfer even 1 track of vinyl or tape. Secondly, they based the charges on my tv size!!! My Tv was just fine the way it was, Now I can no longer use my sound bar. So. in the end. 5 very nice, prompt, clean techs, 3 huge disappointments. Never again!! NEVER!!!

I have been going to the Geeks for at least 7 years. With one minor glitch which was quickly taken care of there have never been any problems. I HIGHLY recommend this service!!
