If I could give negative stars, I would. I don’t mind if something cannot be fixed, but I do expect that I am paying for work that has actually been performed. I brought my son’s faulty PS4 console in for a factory reset to correct some glitches that it had been having. When I picked up the unit 4 days later, I was told to my face that they had performed the reset, run demo games and everything looked good. When I brought it home my son’s profile was still on the home page. Now, they must think I’m ignorant or dumb to not know that they didn’t perform any factory reset. The original problem was still present and NOTHING had been done. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Go see a true professional rather than wasting your time with the “geeks”.

My drop in visit was wonderful! Paul the manager just gave me instructions on what to do to fix my son's gaming laptop issues with no fee. I didn't have to leave the laptop there. I was coming back to leave it for the service if his instructions didn't work. Following his instructions, my son's laptop is now fixed!

The Geek Squad staff at this location did a great job with fixing my computer for me! It was a little expensive, but I was still impressed. Before I took my computer to them, I had a lot of ghost icons on the desktop. I took it to them while suspecting that it was infected with a virus. They confirmed that it wasn't infected, cleaned up the ghost icons, and completed some important updates for me. I was very happy with the results, and I was glad that I reached out to them for help. It's an old machine, but now, it performs like it's a brand new model. Thank you Geek Squad!

The worst experience I've ever had at a Bestbuy store first of all I waited so long and patiently just for them to finally notice I'd been standing in line for about 20 minutes. These guys at the Geek Squad were totally rude, ill mannered and non professional. One guy buy the name of Collin tried to take as long as he could to help me, the other guy named Eric had trouble in understanding simple operations of my device, although I had a illustration and specs on a print out brochure right in his face. He told me to go get my device from my car, and I did, when I came back with my Tablet, he took his time with another customer as If I was invisible, even though I had waited in line for about 20 minutes, Eric failed even to acknowledge my present, and say, sir I'll be with you in a moment or something. From the start he addressed me as " My Man" what kind of language is that to use on a Senior Citizen customer with a bad back? Totally disappointed with this Geek Squad. These guys lacked the knowledge to help me find the right storage device, even after I brought in my Tablet. These guys were rude and treated me very disrespectfully. These guys shouldn't be working at Geek Squad because they lack the knowledge of how to treat customers and give accurate information. Both Collin and Eric needs more training and orientation classes on dealing with customers and using the appropriate decorum toward good patient people who are devout shoppers at Bestbuy. My visit at this store ruined my entire day, and made me lose my appetite for dinner. It also caused me a terrible headache. I called the manager whose name is Paul to explain to him exactly what happened and right in the middle of our conversation the phone hung up in my face; this only confirmed that this team is dysfunctional and incompetent and need more experienced employees.

These guys are nothing but the best. Completed my fix and had my computer back to me in less than 2 days. Everything was fixed and working properly. Thank you Best Buy.

Great place to get a sound system install. Mine sounds amazing, and just bought another sub. Highly recommend!!
