Honestly, a scam. Went in to see why couldn’t my new graphics work with my computer. Just to run a a diagnostic (just to see what’s the problem) is $100. And then they offered me the “golden” deal where if I paid for a $200 annual deal, I’d be saving so much. Declined it just for them to rebook me another appointment the next day. The same day, however, I went to a local computer shop in Long Beach. The owner straight up told me what was the issue without charging me anything. I just ended up buying a new computer with a good graphics card. GeekSquad tries to sugar coat their deal and the time frame of them repairing things but it’s just not worth it. This is the truth. Save yourself.
This review should have ZERO (0) stars, however, that rating was not available. Horrible service. I brought in a Dell All-In-One which I had bought from Best Buy 3 years ago. The computer was restarting and/or shutting down randomly. 1 months later, I received a phone call asking permission to put in a new motherboard. I agreed. 1 more month later, I go to pick up my computer and notice that, for some reason, the motherboard was not replaced, but, rather, the stand was replaced.
The problem was not fixed. The computer was still restarting and/or shutting down randomly.
I took the computer back to Geek Squad.
1 more month went by until I get a call stating that they are waiting for a motherboard to arrive. Great.
1 MORE month goes by until I call their number only to find out that they were unable to access a new motherboard for me , that no repair could be done to my computer, and that they would ship my computer back to my local Best Buy store.
I was out of 4 months of time and almost $300 in repair costs, to which I received a full refund of the money spent.
Very poor service. Slow. No communication. Not satisfied at all. Would NEVER do business with again.
Having warranty and having purchased the Geek Squad service, they wanted me to pay $200.00 and wait 2 to 3 weeks to check and see if its something they're able to fix. I experienced horrible childlike service with the LAZIEST overgrown children. My money went to waste purchasing geek squad. Take my word for it and never come here or buy it. Go to your local electronics repair shop if you're going to give anyone money; not the i hate my job Lazy Squad!
I recieved an email from "geeksquad" this address invoice for $309.20 for cloud data 360 protection. I have never ever been to California. I had a bunch of my electronics stolen from my truck in August. The email started with "jack" with some numbers and ending in gmail. I googled the phone number and nothing came up. Certainly was not geeksquad. What the hell is this about??? Someone is using my email for fradulent use.
Bad attitude from employees.. Kept my Computer for 2 weeks and it was NOT repaired. Employee called my cellphone with a bad attitude like it was my fault or he was having a bad day or something. I called back to speak with a store manager and was on hold for 18 minutes only to get hung up on. Worst experience ever..
Horrible phone service. I called and have been waiting to speak to an employee for nearly an hour. As I write this I still have not been put through to speak to an employee. Extremely frustrating. If this is the service Best Buy offers, I will be sure to never shop with them again. This is a lesson learned.

A beautiful little gem of a restaurant in Compton. The owner is super nice and the food was really fresh and delicious! We got the love boat, eel roll, and dynamite roll. Definitely going to come back.
This is one of the only restaurants around that offers fresh healthy food. The portions are not big, nor is it super cheap, but you can get a discount if you buy multiple meals and if youâre a juror. They also have vegan options.
