Gator's Dockside Hunt Club (Apopka) - American restaurant in Apopka - 3030 E Semoran Blvd, USA

I was there on a Thursday for RockNRoll BINGO which is a fun atmosphere. I ordered the buffalo cauliflower which was recommended with the sauce on the side. That was a good call. I also had the grouper sandwich. The grouper was a little dry and not blackened as I had ordered it and the bun was over toasted and too hard. But the grouper itself was decent. Our server was super friendly and came around often so that made up for the disappointing sandwich.

We always come and get the same thing. The Caribbean Jerk wings(grilled). It's by far our favorite flavor. The savoriness, the spices, the taste, and presentation is enough to get your mouth to water. We always enjoy it on Mondays for all you can eat wings. That's the best time to enjoy it. You have to go in person. Although good when taken home, it's not the same vs in person. So when you get some time, definitely stop by and try out those wings. They're awesome.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. My husband & I went to the Gators Dockside in Apopka. We were seated in booth and we waited about 25 minutes for someone to come take our order. While we were waiting, we watch as a family that was seated after us was being waited on. No one came to take our order so we left on a bad note.

The cup of chili was really good. The lunchtime club would have been better if the bacon hadn't been overdone. The service was outstanding.

Was seated at 7:15 pm waited 15 minutes, watched as they seated another table, after 10 minutes saw them taking their order never said a word to us. Contacted hostess who went to get manager got tired of waiting and left

Food is below average. Had boneless wings (8 count) which looked like mini chicken nuggets. The sauce did not cover the whole wings and they were pretty dry. Onion petals were good but was charged as appetizer instead of a side. It would had been better if a combo was offered like they do for lunch, then it will be worthwhile. My friend ordered regular wings (8 count) and a side of mac and cheese and they were okay. We each had a beer and for what we paid it was not worth it. I could've gotten a better meal somewhere else. Our server was super nice, friendly and checked on us often. Can't beat the beer price either but I was disappointed. The restaurant was not busy, so the lack of freshness and quality was not what we expected :(

We waited for an hour and the food never came. That was today, 12/10/2023. The waiters were talking and not doing nothing. The only reason they told us was that there were a big group and they were delayed..so we paíd for it? Not FAIR..
