Great atmosphere, cozy little coffee shop. My husband and I were in town on a vacation and we enjoyed relaxing with a book on their very comfy couches. Highly recommend their chai latte and mango refresher
What an amazing find! Working in the Sandusky area and needed a spot to settle down and catch up on some work. Gathering Grounds is off the beaten path, and totally worth the trip. Attentive staff, reasonable prices, fast WiFi, expertly brewed coffee, and more! I really enjoyed the hour I spent here getting things done. They also have a cute boutique next door, and lots of fun things inside their store as well. I would completely recommend this place as a spot to just get a cup, meet with some friends, or relax/get work done while passing through. It's conveniently off of Route 2, SE of Sandusky.
What a wonderful coffee shop to make a stop. Great options for coffee / tea, protein bites and scones are fantastic. Couches, games, even a back room for meetings / more space. Worth a visit or just a nice place to hang out.
There aren’t a lot of choices along Lake Erie for good, small business coffee but even if there were, GGC would stand out as one of the best. Great, comfortable seating, chill environment, good selection and coffee so good it will make you all your mama! Gotta check them out!
This place is great! The Crimson cup coffee they use is so good! Their iced drinks are always prepared perfectly! They are 50xs faster than their large DD competitor at the drive thru too! Help support small / local businesses
The coffee is delicious, the atmosphere is relaxed and lots of comfortable seating. Local candles and things for sale. I would definitely be a regular if I lived here.
Couldn't be bothered to fly our flag on the fourth of July. Couldn't be bothered to fly it on Veterans day. I don't know what their current flag means but it makes me feel unwelcome as a veteran and citizen. The staff was always nice and respectful though. I'm assuming it's ownership. I don't give money to civilians who can't even sometimes show appreciation.
We stopped briefly for a coffee on the road. They serve Crimson Cup brews, the medium blend was lovely. Customer service friendly and overall chill vibe

We went out with PJ two days and had an outstanding time. 82 walleyes over the two days. PJ will keep you on fish. If anyone is thinking about fishing on Lake Erie definitely give PJ Vick a call. Really great guy and will keep you entertained.
A nice little community that maintains a very good dock and viewing area for watching boats and fishing as well as see their little lighthouse. We visited in the winter so there was plenty of parking and not too much was open. We will definitely put
The Piedâ is the best, worth the line and a great price. Most other shops close earlier on Sunday night but the Piedâ gives you and extra hour and we took advantage!!! Amazing!!
