Gateway Motel - Motel in Saratoga Springs - 260 Maple Ave, USA

Literally got yelled at by the customer service after complaining about bed bugs. Got into a screaming match with lady. I checked in for 10 minutes then left. She threatened to call the cops on me for reporting bed bugs. Don't ever go here. Even when DSS set me up here. The lady made fun of me being homeless... Most disrespectful staff and the worst rooms

If you have the option to stay literally anywhere else, do it. The owner has no official cleaning staff so rooms are not turned over or freshened as often as they should be. As well as her coercing long term "guests," into cleaning rooms for her not nearly as well as legitimate staff would. There's is copius amounts of mold. The electrical hasn't been updated in decades leading to some very suspect work arounds. Little to no insulation between rooms. Also some rooms are missing the security latch on the doors. Overall a horrid place to stay.

This place is dirty and a scume hole. It's not safe. And should be shut down

I VISITED SOMEONE WHO LIVES THERE&I FEEL THEY HAD A VERY SMALL FRIDGE FOR A PERSON WHO RENTS/LIVES IN THERE ROOM EVERYDAY&THEY ALSO HAD A "CRACKED"WINDOW ON OUTSIDE OF ROOM...THEY NO LONGER LIVE THERE & HAVE MOVED ON..BUT THIS PLACE DEFINITELY ☹NEEDS SOME TENDER/ LOVE& CARE..

Half the rooms are unlivable. Didn't get a key to room until day before check out. Management is unprofessional to say the least. If you have other options go with them never stay here trust me.

Cheap and did not encounter bedbugs or mold. Lady at front desk was friendly and accommodating. This is the 2nd time I stayed here.

The owner is nothing but a nightmare, she treats the people very bad and loves to yell at everyone

Owner is horrible and has black mold in the rooms the attire is from the 1800
