Excellent staff. Family style rooms. Spa is working and it has a basketball court. Close to nearby Liquor stores as well. High praise for this Motel. Job well done.
They need to redue this place. I like the owners, one stays grouchy and the other one is cool. But there funny. They just need to do this place over cause the mold is taking over.. So it smells funny and the clean up crew really don't clean to well.. Other people hair is always in my shower. I probably would not go here if I didn't like the owners.. Like I said the are cool. My opinion is they should probably drop the deposit or lower the rent until they make some changes.
My husband surprised me with a lil getaway fro the two of us. Loved it. Only thing in the non smoking rooms in the hallways all you smelled was cigarettes. Made me sick. Messed up the mood going to get something to eat. But room was clean nice in order
We actually ended up leaving this motel. The room was dirty, I pulled back the sheets to look for bed bugs and was surprised to find dirty sheets. No toilet paper was in the room and since we are traveling the first thing one of my kids did was use the toilet. When we went to the desk and said we were leaving and to refund our credit card, the owner said she was going to see the room. She came back with a trash bag with a pad in it and said the room would have to be cleaned now. She didn't seem to want to refund. She did eventually refund (we haven't yet verified this but will soon!!) our card but not before demanding $10 cash for cleaning. I said fine we'd give her $5 but only to shut her up, she wasn't happy but finally accepted. Save yourself a headache, DON'T STAY HERE.
Never again. Desk staff was rude and rude. I stayed 2 nights but just saw this on my last nights stay (image attached). A child could've been in this room and it could've ended up worse for another family/person. It definitely was not worth $125 per night and no one should have to call multiple times for toilet paper, then have 2 men (staff) show up at the door to deliver one roll. No room service on this Sunday and never received new towels, even after asking. Almost $300 down the drain.. but, that's what you get when there's nothing else available.
Motel rooms are outdated not every room is the same it just to old furniture, bathroom outside. I've only had to stay there twice but the second time I didn't like experience felt uneased.
Positive: The location was ok.. Negative: The owner of the property and his family were so rude/unprofessional and distasteful. Once you arrive at the property the owner immediately request from you ($100) cash as a deposit, he immediately requested what in your bags because there is no food or drinks allowed at the front desk, he refused to give any receipts for your stay or for your deposit, this dump (should)be remove from any and all website and be reported to the proper authorities..
We did not actually stay at this hotel after seeing the room. We'd been driving for hours and wanted to stop because it was getting late. So many of the hotels we called were full. This one had vacancy, but the room smelled, most likely because they allow smoking. The sheets on one of the beds we checked wasn't clean. We decided to leave and drove to Sacramento before stopping.
Mouth watering Beef French Dip Sandwiches are the absolute best!
The sandwiches are thick, tender, and delicious. I tried the French Dip which comes with a a side of gravy for dipping. Just wow. Sandwiches are about $13, sides about $3. You will
