We had a wonderful event! This is the perfect venue for so many reasons; location, room layouts, perfectly appointed, spotlessly clean, flexible space, and SUPER accommodating site manager. Sharon was on top of every detail, answered every question, and proposed suggestions that made for an even better event. Sharon also chose the caterer/bartender and they were excellent! She also suggested a coffee barista, and he was a really nice addition to make the event extra special. I would certainly use this space again for a future event!

I can't say enough good things about the high level of kindness and professionalism provided to my family and myself by Sharon O'Haver, the event coordinator for Gateway Events at Round Room. She guided my sister and her children through a sensitive time planning a Celebration of Life service after my brother-in-law's passing. She did it with a keen, but very delicate, focus on bringing together the vision the family had which was wholly based on my brother-in-law's expressed wishes for what he wanted for the event. The amenities and space were spotless Sharon was incredible in her attention to detail, follow up, organization, and suggestions. I would recommend this space, and Sharon's services, to anyone wishing to plan an event. My thanks to her and everyone at Gateway Events at Round Room.

Everything was amazing at The Round Room! Sharon is a very sweet, helpful, and amazing woman who was ready to assist with anything we needed help with. The facility is clean, always neat, and the space we rented was more than enough room for everyone in attendance. We thank you for your awesome hospitality and we will definitely reach out for any and all future events.

Let me say that Sharon is beyond wonderful. Extremely pleasant and helpful and I enjoyed our entire encounter from the beginning till the end. Now let’s talk about the space. It is beautiful and spacious. Perfect for any event If you ask me. I held my daughters first birthday there and it was perfect.

She displayed great kindness, provided invaluable assistance, conducted thorough work, and meticulously attended to every detail. Gateway Events recently hosted our client holiday party on 12/19/23. The event was amazing! The event coordinator went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of and our group felt so welcomed. We appreciate all of the extra effort to make the event so special. Working with Sharon to have our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at Gateway Events at Round Room was a dream. The space was perfect to have our ceremony on one side of the large meeting room, cocktail hour in the lounge downstairs, and reception with the dividing wall removed in the meeting room. Sharon left no detail undone and made me feel so confident that everything would go as smoothly as it did. An absolutely fantastic experience and venue!

Best experience ever renting a venue and I’ve done so many events over the years. Space is absolutely beautiful and so functional. We had my daughters bridal shower here for about 50 ppl. Great amenities, spotless, great light. Highly recommend. Sharon was 10/10 to work with. So helpful and accessible. One big advantage- you don’t have to work with a certain list of caterers and we were allowed to bring our own food in. Can’t recommend enough. Would love to use the space again.
