Its our local Target in EPA and the store is kept clean and orderly. Local residents work there and are generally helpful and friendly. Shout out to the middle aged cheerful black woman working the self checkout registers. We talked about the concept of being happy. Without goung inti the details the end result was something that I needed to hear that day.
I love the fact that we have a Target nearby. We needed it. Always busy but mainly because they are the only retail store with various products for the East Palo Alto residents. Thank you.

Common shopping mall in East Palo Alto. I just dropped by to visit Target store there. Though it was already night rather than evening, the place seemed safe and calm.
Skip and go to another Target location, unless you are truly desperate and/or don't have enough gas to drive anywhere else. Small. Disorganized. Unhappy staff. Where fun goes to die.
Shopped at target. Enjoyed walking around looking at all there clothes, bins, decorations, friendly employees stopped and got Starbucks and enjoyed the rest of my day
