Places gets no stars at all zero the room was dirty i am 5 months pregnant drove from Bay Area to there. I stayed in the room for 2 hours to wake up to bed bugs tried to talk to the manger his old as didn’t want to hear it or give me my money back even with a picture/video.I check in at 12am n left at 2am DO NOT STAY HERE THEY HAVE BED BUGS

They rented me a room where the tv didn't work. I am very upset and now reading other reviews talking about bed bugs. I am really upset and don't know if I will sleep in here at all. If I see or feel bed bugs I will lose it. Office is closed up and they won't answer the phone. I'm extremely angry right now. I'm going to look for bed bugs before I try to sleep. At least I only paid 1 night and definitely not going to stay here tomorrow or ever again

There are a lot of bedbugs everywhere. They still using old TV . Still metal keys. Everywhere is dirty. You can't sleep because of bedbugs. I only stayed 1 month. I recommend that sleep in street then sleep here with bedbugs and ugly old motel owners.

Never stay here if you have any self respect . My friend and I made our monthly payment months before coming to Reno. There were bedbugs in our room. More than 40 wounds occurred on my left leg alone in the first three days. When we asked them to clean up, the old Indian man who owned the hotel dismissed us many times. When we talked to the girl with her granddaughter, she didn't pay attention to us either. At the end of our insistence, they said, evacuate your room, they will come to spray today, but it was not sprayed. The next day it was the same lei again and these three honours continued in this way. At the end of 6 days we wanted to leave the motel but they never gave us our money. They are both disrespectful and the most disgusting business I have ever seen in my life. NEVER GO!!

Came in late so they gouged me for $80. No toilet paper. no ice, 1 tiny bar of soap, no shampoo. a 12 year old girl working the front desk. My husband showed up the next day after I paid for another day they charged extra $20 to park and $10 for him to stay. Then at 1am they beat on the door and said he had to leave, if not they would call police and have the car towed, so we left. this place is only for desperate times when u cant find another motel vacancy. not recommended from me.

Gatekeeper motel is an older motel close to casinos. Yes, the motel needs updating. Carpets get stained by who, people and maybe their pets.Window blinds get broken by who? People. I slept well. The shower worked. The tv didn't work so I asked what's the trick. Someone unplugged the cable. I would stay again. Guests need to stop trashing motel rooms!

We found an black leather banana hammock in our room. They would not refund. They also have bed bugs, the old cube TVs and they still metal keys. We left. My elderly parents stayed on because they were too tired to leave. Thankfully they lived.

Came to motel around 5:45 am and asked if I could get an early check in. Motel was dead as it's winter and the woman said it's to early. I stated to her that motel 6 was 39.95 and being a veteran I also get 10 percent off and they allow early check in. I was just tired and did not feel like a taxi to motel 6. She said 85.00 plus tax. I said that's to high and all the motels are only charging 50 plus tax around the downtown area. She had to keep asking some guy laying on a couch behind the door she came out of. After 15 minutes she finally agreed. Gave her 60 for room 19 and a 10 dollar key deposit. At 1:30 am while sleeping I felt stinging and burning I turned the lights on. BED BUGS SOME ALIVE AND SOME DEAD. BITES ALL OVER ME! I went downstairs and showed photos of the bugs from my phone. The man became very angry and refused to even give my key deposit back. I called Reno police. The officer said it's a civil matter and said he would talk to them. Officer came out and said they want you off there property and said they want to file a trespassing order. DO NOT STAY THERE. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO.
