Bill and Genevieve are wonderful hosts and the Gasche House is a beautiful gem of a B&B! If you are visiting Wooster, I would highly recommend that you stay with them. They truly treat you like family and are always prepared with a recommendation for something to do or somewhere to eat. Their breakfasts are to die for and they are very accomodating to your needs! We have stayed there twice now while doing college visits at The College of Wooster. It is in the heart of the town and super close to campus. Make sure you stay here when in Wooster next!

Bill and Genevieve were so warm and welcoming, we felt like we were staying with family. We were visiting our son at the College of Wooster and spent several hours just relaxing together in the beautiful family suite. The breakfast was delicious on our first morning. On our second morning, we had to leave very early to make our flight, so Genevieve was kind enough to leave out coffee and homemade blueberry muffins for us to take on the road. I particularly loved the special toiletries that were there.

Once our group of 4 couples decided to attend 3 plays of this summer’s Ohio Light Opera season, we chose The Gasche House because of its location, warm atmosphere, garden gathering spot, and gracious hosts. It was SO much more! Bill and Genevieve Everett opened their doors, arms, and hearts to make our stay absolutely wonderful before and during our stay. They worked with OLO to provide the best seats for each of our shows, seemed to anticipate our every need (such as refreshing iced tea and cookies upon our return from a lovely walk downtown), and pampered us with scrumptious breakfasts on five consecutive days, each more delicious than the previous day’s gourmet treat. Each couple loved our unique and comfortable rooms (4 in total) with all the amenities imaginable. Two couples shared a bathroom (the other two rooms had private baths), which worked out just fine…with provided robes in each room. After our mistake in our scheduling, Bill and Genevieve were able to work with OLO to adjust our play schedule. They were phenomenal…and Genevieve quickly checked Wooster’s summer schedule to provide alternatives for an unintentional “free” evening. As a result, we were able to sit in on a free concert of the Ohio National Guard’s military band. Quite an unexpected experience! They helped us thoroughly enjoy the entire town, including fantastic restaurant recommendations for dinner and suggestions for shopping hidden gems. We will all look for excuses to pass through Wooster again, and will be sure to stay with our wonderful hosts in a beautiful, comfortable, historic and well-located Bed & Breakfast! Bravo Gasche House!! Thank you immensely!

We were traveling to Wooster, OH, in April 2018 to visit The College of Wooster. The house itself is historic and a great experience, but the hosts and owners are exceptionally welcoming and helpful and this was also the case with the other guests that we met during our stay. The breakfast spread was amazing and I cannot imagine anyone ever leaving breakfast hungry. They also took into consideration that our daughter is vegetarian and ensured that she had some great options for breakfast. It is a nice little town with a number of very good dinner options and the owners are knowledgeable and happy to help make recommendations.

We stayed at the Gauche House while visiting the College of Wooster, and had a wonderful experience! The hosts, Genevieve and Bill, are so knowledgeable about the area and college. They gave us all kinds of useful information and things to do in the area, as well as the college. They treated us just like family! We were visiting from the west coast, so the time change was tough. Genevieve greeted us when we got there at 9 pm, and brought us a great snack as everything around us was closed for the night. She also moved breakfast back to a later time that allowed us to sleep in a bit to get used to EST. The house itself is beautifully maintained and decorated, just a delight to be able to stay there. They have thought of everything you could possibly need while away from home. When we got back to the house after a long day of visiting the college, there were delicious home made cookies and fruit every day. It is only a 10 minute walk to the college and a 5 minute walk to downtown. I can't say enough great things about this truly gem of a B&B! We will absolutely stay here every time we visit our son at school. We even booked ahead for graduation because I know this wonderful place will be booked long in advance! I highly recommend the Gasche House and will make it my home away from home whenever I visit Wooster!

Now that I've stayed at the Gasche House, I will never stay anywhere else when I visit my daughter at the College of Wooster. The room was lovely and the food was delicious, but the main reason to stay is the hosts - Bill and Genevieve. There were so many lovely thing they did to make me feel welcome, but the most amazing was when my daughter wasn't feeling well while staying with me at the B&B. When I told Genevieve that I was going out to pick up some soup for her for lunch, Genevieve said that she had homemade chicken noodle soup in the house and brought up a tray of hot soup for my girl. I couldn't believe it. They went above and beyond my expectations of what hosts should be. I will never stay anywhere else in Wooster. Trust me - stay here...

My husband John & myself wanted to visit Wooster (about a hour away from home) & found Gasche by accident! They had a package deal with the Ohio Light Opera & we booked a room for 2 nights. Genevieve & Bill are wonderful hosts, fuill of local history & information, where to go & what to do. Our room was airy & most comfortable. Restaurants & shopping a walk away. And Mabel was a joy! The house puppy! John & Kathy Heaney

The Gasche House proved to be a wonderful experience for my girlfriend and me. Bill and Genevieve welcomed us and with a very warm reception. Genevieve was so kind as to bring us a platter of fruits, cheeses, and wild boar salami, and served me a beer in a frosted mug and tea for my girlfriend. The house has an amazing façade and is just as lovely on the inside. Upon arrival we were shown to our room in The Suite room. It had a private bath, place to hang clothes, comfortable beds, clean linens, bathrobes, etc. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is plenty of room for parking. We were welcomed to smoke our cigarettes out on the patio, which was nice. The back yard has a lovely atmosphere, and there is so little light pollution that you get a gorgeous view of the stars in the night sky. Genevieve was so kind as to snap several pictures of my date and me before our dinner that night! There is also total privacy in the rooms. Breakfast in the morning was to die for. We were served fruit, orange juice and fresh coffee, and delicious fritatas. Checkout was a breeze! We will definitely be coming back next year! Would highly recommend The Gasche House if you and your significant other want to experience an unforgettable getaway!

I live down the street from here and love it when we decide to go for pizza while these guys are open. Their pizza is phenomenal, and the owners are the sweetest. The handmade ice cream sandwiches are also amazing. This place is a true gem!

My kind of place! Loved the brown sugar shaken espresso. Very local feel, and very cosy. A spot where it is easy to get comfortable, and get some caffeine in my blood.
