Nice and aiding people. It’s a generous location that provides instrctions and directions. Hold a parking lot of decent size and various facilities for you to enjoy. Good place to get info upon your next venue or location. Kudos to them!
Did Trolley tour on 5/6/2023 at 2pm. Amazing high level overview of the city. Nice old fashioned trolley. Tour guide has passion and love to Santa Barbara. Definitely recommend it to first time city guests.

I stopped to urinate here. Stalls had no doors. Two homeless occupied the 2 stalls. One guy was talking on his cell phone about leveling up in some tiering program. The other guy in the other stall was meowing like a cat the entire time I urinated. I didn't fear for my life but urinating in peace would have been nice.
Very informative! The ladies that helped us gave great directions to all the sites we wanted to see...on a nice map! We loved looking around Santa Barbara and getting lost too on all those one way streets was part of the fun!
Eric and Jo were fantastic. Every suggestion Eric made was excellent, whether in Santa Barbara or in surrounding areas. Jo knew all the history of SB. These two made our vacation much better. So glad we stopped! Vacationers from Iowa.
Visitors center deals with tourist , no matter if you’re having a busy day be nice to these older couples people are new to this place and trying to visit all these Beautiful sites
