the people at the front desk are so rude! And they take forever to help you check in! As soon as I opened the door to my room there was an awful smell, it honestly smelled really bad, like someone just checked out that room and they didn't even bother to clean it before giving it to me. There was mold by the sink and by the bath tub. I also couldn't sleep all night because I felt like something was biting me. When I got up to check in the morning I had bites on my fingers and toes. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Save your self 90 dollars and go to an actual hotel! This place sucks, it's dirty and it stinks!
This place was horrible blood stain in the side of the bed. Cheap towels. The rooms smell bad. Also the lady in the front desk not welcoming at all really rude. If you go keep in mind no refunds are given back so ur stuck there. The bed sheets are not even completly white they have yellow stains there was burning holes from cigarrets. There is mole in the bathroom. I really recommend to go somewhere and pay a little more and feel more comfortable then pay somewhere cheap and get a horrible room. First and last time i go there.
Only stay if last resort.... Owners are rude, make sure u know what time check out is, and will call police if you are not out. Frig had mold, rug need deep clean, stingy with there cheap towels, burn holes in cover, they give you a have roll of tissue. The come in your room claiming to do housekeeping, but things are still dirty (they spot clean) and don't replace towels. I could go on........ horrible
You walk in to a bad smell. The person at the counter was zero friendly. The room was large but also a bad smell. Sheets were torn and you had to hold the toilet plunger down to flush. Ceieling had water stains and plaster falling off. If it wasn't 1 AM when I got their I would have left.
the lady at the front desk was nice ...I stayed for 2 or 3 nights in one week...Its not the Best Western but say more like a modest home setting... It was quiet and comfortable.Really felt safe there and liked my stay very much...For the price you cant beat it,,,Its my place away from home from now onThank you Garden Inn
Room was dirty,fridge looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in I don't know how long. gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back again for another stay attendant was rude and mistaked my friend for someone else and tried to overcharge for the room we turned around and walked out this hotel will never get our business again!
Owners don't rent to anybody very poor service can never get a room there
Nothing at all the carpet need to be deep clean...Too much open space in the room...Its good for a stay or two..Need to be remodel
