Garden Inn of New Braunfels - Motel in New Braunfels - 1051 North Business, I 35 Frontage Rd, USA

Me and my husband went swimming at the pool they have and had so much fun! Pool closes at 10pm. The rooms are very nice. I have nothing bad to say, the Manager Brandi was very sweet!!

Though the outside is a little old fashion the inside has been updated quite nicely. New lamps with extra outlets and usb ports. No carpet which we love as less allergies for my husband and children. The pool was nice and clean and 12 ft deep. My entire family loved it after a day on the river. The staff was very helpful in the many places they suggested we could eat as a family. Check in was easy and fast. Thank you to the staff for the daily service and we can't wait to come back next year.

We were given the wrong address by the online hotel we booked in New Braunfels TX.. ok.. so we come here by mistake.. we get off our car, walk up to the service window.. we ring the bell, this lady comes out already rude look. My girlfriend tells her we have a room reserved.. she replies "Here?" Like no possible way.. so she goes back to check, and came back and said no.. it's not here. We left our mistake, or the online mistake. We already we won't be back here.. motel didn't look to appealing anyways..glad it was a mistake.

New Braunfels! Love it down there. I booked a room one day in advance before a weekend trip and got a really good deal! Rodeway Inn is nearby, & terrible do not go there. Go here 😀 Staff was awesome, even on the day her help wasn't in, everything was prepared and great. Room was clean, water was hot, fridge was cool, and remained reserved until our evening arrival. Pool was open and ice machine works! Thanks will be back! I docked a star but would literally choose 4.5 if I could simply cause it could be updated a bit to be fair.

This place is a hole in the wall. Is it, the most modern place... no. Does it have the finest amenities... no. Is it SUPER affordable YES. The staff attentive... YES. The beds Comfy... YES. Room clean.... YES.. Nice quiet nice sleep, YES. Conveniently located ABSOLUTELY. 100 Percent checks all my boxes. Especially the price point. In today's economy, I'll definitely make it my new place to stay. when I'm passing through, tubing.. having drinks .. don't want to drive back to San Antonio lol. Thanks yall ♡ I'll be back

Wow I have never stayed at a hotel were there was so many helpful people. The manager was nice and helpful. Made sure my family was comfortable. The housekeeper made sure we had new towels every day. The beds where so comfy that we ended up sleeping through our alarms. We stayed in a family room and it had three beds it was huge they even tried to upgrade is to a room with a full size kitchen in it for only 25$ more. So cheap for such amazing rooms. We kept the room with no kitchen because we were only there for a few days. My kids loved the pool and the fact that there was other kids to play with. We r coming back for sure
