Woke up to take shower, found leaking shower head, peeled paint, and Black Mold everywhere 😷 above shower. See video. Young girl at desk said they did not know about it. Asked for half money back, she refused. Didn't know I was sleeping w black mold in the air. Beds also leaning down.

For the money and only a key deposit it's one of the nicer places around normally I love it but last night not the case we had problems from the start didn't take or form of payment and there's no ATM at the hotel and at night nothing is open around it gad to walk half mile to get cash guy at the counter was little unpleasant and our room smelled funny kinds like it wasn't cleaned reason

Had a room for one night.they were pretty empty checked out in morning.came back at 1230 pm told them I would take the same room even if not cleaned.the man told me they had no rooms ready I said your parking lot was empty last night so I will take a different room he still said no.never ever going back to this place they don't respect their customers

Got there late hoping for a room and there were still several available. First impressions were that it was clean and in a quiet area right off the main road. The person at the desk was very polite and the service was quick. Got to the room and it was very clean and properly stocked with toiletries. Large king sized bed was very clean and comfortable. It was a modest but nice room and much better than most I've seen. Had a very quiet and peaceful night. Will be going here again and would recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE! for the past month or two there’s been a UHAUL Truck parked in the same spot. They are allowing men walk around late at night pulling on people doors like some type of trafficking scheme. I went into the office to confront the receptionist and ask them what’s going on she proceeds to say “oh he’s drunk”. I believe the motel knows what’s going on and the police have been called there several times.

The rooms is hollow and raggedy the drawers are broken. The tv set is out dated, the remote they hand you is old and broken with taped wrapped around it. ||There is loud obnoxious people who sell drugs and yell and scream there. The walls are covered with dust and fingerprints. The bathroom stall has hair in the shower and sink and broken towel racks. ||The customer service is terrible. This place price gauges on a daily basis. They charged more money just because of holidays like sweetest day was a increase in price from 55 to 96 dollars. DONT STAY HERE AVOID THIS PLACE ITS CRAZY AND CRAWLING WITH BUGS!

Place is actually pretty decent. Needed a room for a few nights it was Relatively cheap the rooms were clean it was quiet. Have no complaints.

Beautiful, clean hotel with very kind staff. I had to rush out once due to an emergency and did not return the remote and the remote was misplaced and though he remembered me he was still very kind and understanding!!!!! I highly recommend this hotel as it is the absolute cleanest in Fraser plus very nice rooms, inexpensive deposit and great rates!!! My favorite in Macomb county period. If you need a hotel room or are from out of town go with the Garden Inn!
