Garden Hotel Miami Airport, Trademark Collection by Wyndham - Hotel in Miami Springs - 656 East Dr, USA

Hubby and I stayed 5/26/24. OMG ! this place is more like a pay by the hour MOTEL. ||I’ll start with the GOOD: ||1. TV had a fire stick (Although I believe it was several previous tenant’s profiles still logged in)||2. Air conditioner temperature in room was great ||3. Lobby restrooms were beautiful ||4. Lobby area was nice ||5. I was allowed to check in SEVERAL hours early ||6. Hot water temp in room was boiling (I could actually see the steam) ||7. Bed comfortable ||And now the BAD: ||1. Lobby snacks for purchase was overpriced ( 1oz bag of chips $3) ||2. “Continental breakfast” all I have to say is just don’t be hungry when you go to this place||3. “ Business Center” is a table with an iPad in the hallway entrance (don’t expect any privacy) ||4. My room was 140 the FLOORS WERE FILTHY! FILTHY! ||5. View outside of my room was very trashy! Old chicken, coops, and trash was my view. ||6. Bed pillows flimsy ||7. The entrance door to the room did not fit in the frame properly so when you close the door, there was large gaps between the door and the frame, at night time light would come through the openings around the door. ||I was extremely disappointed, typically when I hear the Wyndham name I expect better, CLEANER accommodations. When I booked this room in advance it was about $113, I checked back about a month later and the room was around $65. That should’ve told me something but then again I tried to give it a chance and was terribly disappointed.||Do better Wyndham don’t let everyone use your name.

The stay was good. The beds were very comfortable. It does have a musky smell to the room. Breakfast is only cereal and toast bread accompanied by coffee or juice. I found it weird that someone was standing by the breakfast counter the WHOLE time alloted for breakfast. Oh, and they also give you a slip to bring with you to eat.

The room was very clean! Staff were very approachable and friendly. Looks like it was an old building and they did some improvements the shower area is very small. The location is very good, close to the airport. Overall for my night layout was better than I expected.

I booked a room here last minute when my flight got canceled. The staffs are very friendly and are willing to answer any questions you may have. The room I stayed in wasn't too bad. It was spacious enough for me.

Place derrière l’aéroport international de Miami, il faut prendre un UBER pour vous rendre puisque à pie la Distance est loin quand même Sinon les chambres sont très décevant Odeur à moisissure .. mais bon , je suis resté 1 seule nuit. Pas plus Pas de petit déjeuner Hôtel très basique et je ne lui donnerai pas 3 étoiles sinon 2 seulement.

The only good thing I can say about the hotel is the lobby, the public bathrooms, and the court yard that had natural trees in it. The bedroom had no dresser, the bathroom was so small you could barely close the door when you’re in there and the shower leaked all over the floor while you were bathing. Most of the staff (99%) did not speak English or understand English. The breakfast was a joke. Mostly just bread and bagels. I believe our first day they had small, pre packaged boxes of cereal (two types) and bananas. Nothing after that. The bed was ok but the pillows sucked. No where to put our clothes (no dresser) so I put a few of my clothes on the shelf in the closet only to find out there was an incredible amount of dust on that shelf! The floors were unbelievably gross. Walked around the first day with my bare feet only to notice my feet were black after that. Not sure if they ever washed those floors! The view from our room was a small yard with garbage, old construction materials, and old chicken coups! On the far side was another concrete wall. If you are REALLY DESPERATE, and don’t mind staying in a room that smells like mild and is filthy dirty then this is the place for you. If this is my only option next time I visit Miami then I will sleep on the streets! Might be a cleaner environment!

Lots of deferred maintenance and the room smelled like sewage/garbage. When I informed the staff the customer service declined as they tried to justify the smell and make excuses. They tried to blame me, however I had just checked into the room. I had to have the front desk clerk come to the room with me to verify I was telling the truth. Nothing about this hotel is good. The breakfast is horrible, milk was sour, and the cereal stale. The hotel does not properly represent the Wyndham collection; it gives the brand a bad name.

Nice and modest hotel with reasonable pricing. I love the spacious lobby and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are a bit narrow, but clean and comfortable. There is also breakfast included. Perfect for an overnight stay or two.
