Garden District Community Garden - Community garden in Milwaukee - 3932-3998 S 6th St, USA

I often bring my son here to take a walk in the garden, and the beautiful surrounding areas. And before this past Summer began ,I saw that there were garden plots available to rent at this location!! And this was the summer my son was at an age where I thought he was old enough to be able to understand and enjoy doing something like this. So we jumped at the opportunity, and got our own little garden plot for him to learn the basics of gardening with Mommy. So we got a variety of flowers, as well as some seeds to plant a few different vegetables. And he absolutely LOVED it. It was a wonderful experience!!

The Garden District does a beautiful job with Holiday lights.

Definitely a cute walk threw to see the lights. My 5 year old had a blast walking threw and checking out all the lights. They did a awesome job with the lights!

Great little event every year we love to go. When it's not freezing.

Went to check this place out with my boyfriend and his grandaughter. This was so neat I absolutely loved the effort put Into making this area joyful, bright and welcoming for everyone young and old....here I have included just a couple of quick snaps that were taken while we went there as it was very cold that night!!!
