I’m picky AF and I hate doing reviews but I love this gym. Workouts are intense AF. They change it up very well. The staff is top notch. I highly recommend coming here. Let’s effing go!!

This place not only has excellent customer service ! But the hours of workouts is so beneficial for a working mom of 3 ! The owner is very nice , understanding and he replies that same day with any questions you may have 5 star for sure !

I Highly recommend this gym. The Coaches are very helpful . I am very pleased with the variety of workouts they offer. When i train, i feel like im in a Rocky Balboa movie. 😉

I believe some kids are there for good mentoring but there is a kid there that is not using this traing for that. He's using these techniques for the wrong reasons. Got to teach them to stop bullying kids younger and using there hand can and may be used as deadly weapons and will get that person into deep trouble. Just wondering by these actions if your mentoring is good or bad. Things that make you go hmmm UPDATE:::.... There is a kid and a father there that are using your facilty not for good reason but to fight out in the streets. Inviting their rivals and others to your gym to fight or go to their house and fight saying that they trained in your gym. All over social media. Making your gym look bad. Just sad that these people are giving your gym a bad name just to fight fam and rivals. So what mentoring is this. Just sad they are putting gym out their like that. All for wrong reason instead for the right reason they should post.

The best and hardest work out of my life . The class was so incredibly tough but also achievable because of the inspiring words from the instructor. Josue Garcia, the instructor/manager is not only an incredible teacher but also a total smoke show . His motivational words kept me going and pushing me the entire class. If you want a sexy body, go to Garcia’s house of boxing . You’ll be pleased.

Very informative and kind employees. They adjust the workouts to the people there. Very teenage friendly and are amazing at motivating them. Also good role models for teenagers. The facility is very esthetically nice with cool images of boxing. They have a variety of types of equipment and the facility is very clean and organized. Flexible in working with the community and giving back.

This place is more than a gym, it's a family. You not only create great relationships with gym members but with trainers as well. Training staff is knowledgeable and skilled in all things boxing and strength and conditioning. You will definitely get a great workout and life changing habits. You won't regret coming here!

Great gym would recommend for anyone whether you’re looking for fitness, competitive class , and learning self defense it is the gym you should go to . The staff and the environment is phenomenal .
