Great small place with the essentials one could get in games and game consoles. Parking is plenty enough, with cases that even if there is full section, it’s a short walk to the place. Though corporate policy at times can be varying experience to costumer(eg. No longer using GameStop monthly 5$ off to gift cards as effective Dec.1 of this year in person), it’s still a ensure positive flow within the store. Overall: good store, good store, service, with intention of getting a good purchase/trade!

I like the staff here. They’re very friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for a game here once and even though they didn’t have it, the printed out list of gamestops around the area for me to find what I needed.

The company stopped Members from applying their rewards towards Gift Cards / Digital Purchases. As a long term consumer that supports indie games, this is a HUGE letdown since it makes games inaccessible to the market.

GOOD customer service awaits you behind the counter. They will great you and give you recommendation. Some staffs even go extra miles to get your questions answered amd concerns addressed. I wish they would provide more discounts.

They had a lot of funko pops here on sale mostly from starwars and stranger things . Their also the only store in a 4 mile radius to have steam gift cards

Employees are lazy they do not help you find the game you need and only 1 employee that I met once has been actually helpful unlike the other employees plus this one time I asked the employee for the price of an Xbox and he didn't even bother helping me he said IDK.

I come in to pick up a brand new PS5 controller, I talked with the lady specifically about getting a generation 2 controller (BDM 020) I'm handed a controller and I ask if it is a generation 2 controller (BDM 020) the lady confirms that it is a generation 2 controller (BDM 020) I get home to apply a modification kit to the controller and it turns out it's generation 3 (BDM 030) not only is the kit complicated to apply but I open up the controller to find it's not the right one. If I discuss a certain topic with the person working at the front desk who clearly understands what I'm talking about then it really shouldn't be an issue I'm running into. But here we are right.

It's a GameStop, they are getting more difficult to find but here we go. This is your typical GameStop, it's nice and has plenty of parking. Also nearby many other shops and food options. Good for a quick stop while doing other things.
