Had the worst sevice in this store. Instead of apologizing that so called manager and associate mocked me and insist that the price did come out correctly. I want to return the item that i just purchased 10 minutes ago but they refused to refund and i was treated horribly. I told the so called manager i felt so threatened and that i would like to call the police She start slamming stuff and even teased me to call the police.

Always a mess, can never get staff to help, i ended up walking out without makibg a purchase yet i have 3 gs gift cards. Maybe another location

Best gamestop hands down! My wife and I shop here frequently and love seeing our friend tiffany! We always get treated amazingly and get offered the vest service. I beg gamestop to pay her more because shes a rockstar! She also has a great knowledge of all the products in stock! Always buy from a true gamer!

the workers there are nice and polite but i had bought a Roblox gift card for 25$ and when i went to go redeem it said that it was already redeem

THEY CHARGED $500 to my card to buy a gift card after they charged me they told me they couldn't sell me the cards they are thieves the manager is a FAT guy TEACHES EVERYONE IN THIS STORE To steal

Probably the only good GameStop(s) left in the Miami area. Clean and polite.

The guys in there were staring me and my friend group making us uncomfortable so we left.
