Limited selection, but the young man in charge was very attentive, informative, and willing to help us. Props to customer service, and cleanliness of the place, but wish they had more variety for games. Most of the games I tried looking for were not in stock. Once again...thanks to the very helpful, young man that helped my boys and I find something they would like.

Absolutely love this place! The current manager is a great, knowledgeable guy who spends a lot of time driving to and from the Eagle Pass store and the one in Del Rio. I was in this store for about 2 hours; customers were waiting outside 10 minutes before the store even opened. Yes, on time! The store is clean, uncluttered, and well-organized. The manager was constantly answering inquiries over the phone whilst handling customers at the counter, all by himself; and he never broke a sweat. Keep this guy, please!!

Walked in with some friends, was having a conversation with him about credit cards when one of their employees forced himself into our conversation. Not only was he annoying but he had no idea what he was talking about and wouldn’t let go that he was wrong. Afterwards one of my friends told me that everytime he goes this game stop that very same employee inserts himself into the conversation he’s having with friends and family

Very attentive and very careful to keep it to a 5 person minimum in store. I've been twice in the last couple of weeks and they've been pretty strict about it, so don't be upset if you have to wait outside for a bit, they're watching out for our safety.

Customer service can be a bit lacking here, and their selection is very slim from time to time. Trade in values aren't that great, but they do have some items that really make the store stand out. It is definitely pricey, considering a lot of the collectibles could easily be found cheaper at the comic store nearby. I think, overall, the store itself is too small for the amount of merchandise they have and the number of customers they see on a regular basis. It makes it very hard to look and move around with the isles packed and shelves stuck randomly here and there just to hold everything.
