The new store manager is highly disrespectful and rude towards customers. I’ve seen Merriya go as far as demean her employees on several different occasions. Merriya is very immature as a store leader. Merriya also made my family uncomfortable with her derogatory verbatim she use towards my family and I. I would give this store a negative five stars, if I could. I’m disappointed in the direction Gamestop has been going in of late.
Terrible service- there were two employees in the store and as I was waiting at the register, one leaves for a smoke break and the other ignores me standing at the counter for approximately 12 minutes! Finally she comes over to check me out and doesn't say anything like "Did you find everything okay? Do you have any questions? I'm sorry for the delay. " It was a mess. Then, one of the Funko Pops I wanted to buy was restricted for sale until the following day so the gal wouldn't sell it to me. I told her " It was on the shelf. It has a price tag on it. ". Her response, " You can come back tomorrow and get it. I can set it aside for you but if somebody orders it online they're going to get to take it home and you will be out of luck. ". Not going back there again.
Good prices on used games. Updated my $14.99 membership for a year and got an additional $5 off. Plus my monthly $5 off. As often as we shop there it is definitely worth it.
Really knowledgeable staff, and nice. Only ranked it down because it's GameStop. It's better to keep your used games then to sell to them. You will always get ripped off. They buy back super, and sell used super high.
