GameStop - Video game store in Florissant - 14031 New Halls Ferry Road, USA

I’ve tried to patronize this business three days in a row! I drove to their location on Sunday (December 10, 2023) afternoon they had not opened yet. I arrived shortly after 11am and they were closed. Although, the sign on their window said they opened at 11am (I later did notice on google that the hours say 12pm). I tried to go the following Monday (December 11, 2023). Got there at 12:15PM they were closed with a handwritten sign on the window that said “Opening late due to systems being down”. Understandable, I called several hours later and they were still not open. Tried to go today (December 12, 2023). I got there at 6:50pm, and they were closed, with the gate even being down. Checking the sign on the window it says they aren’t suppose to close till 9PM (google even said the same thing). So I’ve determined that either their hours are completely wrong on google and in the door. Or, the staff at this location don’t care to follow the hours they elected to be open. I will not try to patronize this location again.

Following the review before me it seems the staff just likes to make up the hours daily. Writing notes on the doors saying "Be back at this time. Left at this time be back in two hours." I'm done trying to go to this store.

Enjoy going here to get stuff, employees while few are nice.

This place is really cool, they have sales, if you are a gamer this is one of the places I know to get all kinds of different games 🎮 and stuff

This location is cool, but they always either low or no stock on certain items. Please fund this store with Quality items every item that gamers need. It's a hassle to travel to another game stop for something specific. Customer service is great! It's just they never have everything in stock!! LACKING.

Locking your doors 40 minutes early doesn't stay true to there open business hours.

Shana was such great help! We came in for a trade in & she politely told us we were missing cords, but worked with us. She gave us such a great attitude & worthy customer service. While doing a trade in, we were also looking into buying a new system and she helped guide us into how to set up the system & download the included game. She held great conversation while helping us.
