The store was well organized and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Just stopped in trying to buy 2 Nintendo switches. Costumer service was poor. Worker asked up if we needed any help. Told him what we were looking for and he never even offered to unlock the case. After standing there as the only costumer in the store he walked to the back of the store. Do not recommend. No help

January 21 2024 bought four games online for pickup at this location. One didn’t have a case, one was gouged out so bad the Grand Canyon would blush, the third case didn’t even have a disc in the case and the fourth was fine. I returned not even ten minutes later to get a full refund. I was asked if I had bought these recently like I wasn’t just there minutes ago. A full refund was refused because there was no game in the case that they didn’t put a game in and the other damaged discs they sold to me heavily damaged were damaged. Not doing to doxx the employees name but it starts with an A, they claimed to have filled this order personally. Never giving Scamstop my money again. GameStop corporate can only be reached by an unmonitored email so they will never know of anything their employees are doing on their behalf. Do yourself a favor and go to Clarckade

There were two guys working. They were more interested in selling me insurance coverage and packages than actually helping me find a good game. Ironically they didn't seem to know much about games. He pulls a used Forza game out of the back drawer, cause I asked about Forza. He said "we have this one". It was Forza Motorsports 6. I was like "is that the newest Forza. He said "I'm not sure". The game was 10 years old. But they both knew a lot about insurance and trying to sell that. When I said no, his coworker than starts chiming in about how it would be smart for me to buy the coverage.

Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0. Worst experience I have ever had with any store and that does not just mean Gamestop stores.

The store employees and manager have recently said that the machine to sell cell phones is down. i don’t know if that’s true or not but it seems to have been down for a while now. I went to another gamestop and they said that they typically say it’s down whenever they don’t feel like buying in phones. now i don’t know if that’s necessarily true in this case for the huber heights location but would appreciate this getting fixed. wether it’s the employees not wanting to buy the phones or the machine not working.

I don't go to gamestop very often as I usually use local game stores forever I'm looking for but went to Walmart and swung by here first, the particular employee there at the time was very visibly not wanting to be there and didn't like any of the questions I was asking, not even attempting to check or even face forward to acknowledge my existence. Won't be returning to this particular gamestop unless it's a last resort.
