Store looked great, was greeted immediately, asked if I needed help. Didn't purchase anything, but staff was very personable. Wished me a good day when I left.

This place is all about making a buck, they want to buy your game for about 20% what it's worth then turn around and sell it for Retail Price?? You wonder why people are going digital, you'd probably be better at a pawn shop!

Went here to get madden 20 for 3 bucks instead the only one in stock is snapped in half. Told by the workers that the boss was the person who broke it. Do better.

My son was upset because he found two fnaf action figures that he wanted that he didn’t have. We went to checkout and the employee told him “I’m not selling these to you they aren’t supposed to be released yet”. Well they were on the shelf. I came there 2-3 times a week with my son and now GameStop has lost a customer. P.s. we had to take everything to the register to see a price because employees have not been putting the pricing sticker on anything.

I stared buying consoles and games here but when I try to sell my games and console they buy it for very little money and they sell it triple from what they buy for so I stared thinking then I realized that I can buy games online and you can keep them forever as long you have your account why sell your games if your not gonna make any money out of them why not just keep them if you buy them disc versions there is always a chance that you can scratch them or damage them and you have to swap disc if you want to play a different game that a hassle. You go to game stop to pre order a game they only have limited amount to preorder instead you can go online and pre order without worrying that they are gonna run out my point is its not worth it to go to a GameStop anymore if you hate GameStop like I do stop buying from them you can get consoles from dk oldies that has warranty’s or you can buy them Best Buy and what not

Excellent customer service. Manager was very friendly and approachable. Will be returning for any future gaming needs.

Very nice staff. Store was very clean. Not crowded when I went, but I could see there not being enough room if a lot of people were there at once. Too much in the aisles. Also, game selection for pre-owned games was a little disheartening, but the prices were fair.
