Employee busy gossiping about nonsense instead of acknowledging customers. Lady came in before me, attempted to get attention, got nothing bur ignored and walked out. I knew it was pointless myself when I needed help and got nothing so I left as well. Mature adults need jobs more than gossiping children. Hire better.
Staff always friendly and knowledgable, not too intrusive. Store is always tidy. I enjoy doing my gaming business with this location.
Never have a bad experience with my 22 years of parenting and dealing with Gamers boy .. lol. Sometimes it is a lil crowded but other then that all good!
I absolutely love the workers here. They actually stock product related to what I like. I am not sure if it is a coincidence or just great positioning of merchandise, but every time I go in I can't help but to buy a little something extra. If there are no customers and they aren't swamped with desk work, they'll even chat you up!
This is specifically for the cashier that helped me today. The store did not have what I was looking for, but she was very passionate about helping me and informed me of two other stores that may be able to help. If management is reading this- 2:30 12/31.
GameStop ripped me off, tried to sell me a collector's edition as a jotnar edition because they messed up on the order, made me settle for the collector's edition when I had the jotnar edition preordered for 4 months. Do not shop here, they do not know what they are doing and openly try to rip people off so they can keep the elite editions of games. I'll be reporting them to corporate.
I really like this place it just amazing in some ways...... BUT REALLY THE PRICES. Not to be rude or anything the employees are just great really nice people but the prices don't go down easy.....
