GameStop - Video game store in Fort Dodge - 3043 1st Ave S, USA

I was in this store for all of 5 minutes And I will never go back. The employees are RUDE. They clearly hate their job. There's no excuse to have an attitude with your customers when they ask how much a game is and if they have it. Even more disheartening...my husband was apparently in this store a couple of hours before me and he said the exact same thing. The girls working were unpleasant with him as well.

Wish I could give no stars. Hours say they open at 10. Pre-ordered a game for my kids and no one showed up tell 11. Terrible customer service, would never shop here if they were not the only ones who had the game I wanted in stock.

Very friendly staff. They are a very clean and organized store and always have great suggestions.

I love the customer service every time I go but haven't been able to lately because it's always been closed snd didn't know why until I figured out the hours changed but on Google it's all different, don't like wasting gas to find out I can't even browse somewhere that says they're open, hopefully it gets fixed soon

I have had a mix of good and bad experiences with gamestop. And needless to say I'm done shopping with them . One point they sold me a defective game console. There trade values are not very good and not to mention. There prices are a little sketchy . I won't shopping with gamestop anymore.

Didn't have anything I wanted to buy, but there was a super annoying set of children in there playing an obnoxious video/ sound clip on their phone very loudly on repeat and the employee addressed them to turn it off or leave. Probably sound like an old person writing this, but believe they handled the situation well so 5 stars

I stopped in here with my son and my friend on 2/19/22. Ayren was the person working. He did an awesome job. I saw him answering the phone and assisting the people on the other end of the line, he was answering customer's questions in the store, going above and beyond to meet their needs and make sure their questions were answered. He was very kind, respectable and professional.

Who ever was working at 3 pm as of May 30th 2023 (in a grey shirt) very poor customer service when we entered not a hello or a how can we help you and when we asked questions his tone was like he didn't want to be there and very one worded and blunt about everything not a good person to have behind the counter
