Jay was awesome! Hooked me up with a very reasonable deal. He is super knowledgeable and I must say the store is the best retro store on Long Island, period. From classic Atari to modern Xbox and even eccentric finds like the Sega Dreamcast, this store has it all. If you like retro games, you'd be remiss if you didn't stop by. It's a must in my opinion.

I try to go here a few times a month. As soon as you walk in you are transported to a simpler a time. You pay one price and you can play every game in the place. Jason is one of the faces you’ll see upon arrival and he is amazing at including everyone that walks in on the tournaments they have during the week, whether it’s Tetris or pinball. Game on is good for all ages and I recommend it to everyone I know.

Super awesome gamer haven with both retro arcade gold and current hits available across all platforms. Guy at the counter really knew his stuff and offered up good advice and fair trades. Loved the retro arcade in front of store. Wish they had a pinball machine! Keep up the great work.

Been a customer there for a while now and have gotten multiple consoles, controllers and games with great advice from Jay! If there is any issues he always is quick to address them! Will continue to visit!

Great Store. Jay and Tristan have been very helpful when I call the store and ask about a certain product. Tristan one time even got a better Xbox case for me when I picked up Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic. Disc had no scratches and I was able to play it with no issues. Jay also gave me a free memory card (VMU) with my Dreamcast purchase and they had that rare game The Ring: Terror’s Realm too! A lot cheaper than what I saw on eBay. Selection is superb, the only place I know where I can pick up a game for each of the systems I own in one visit! They even have cool rom hack carts for Nintendo 64 like Zelda 64: Dawn & Dusk that actually work on your original hardware! Highly recommend this location and the others. Game On!

Awesome selection of games, lovely layout with a nice and welcoming staff, and a well-kept store, but the prices are extremely outrageous. Some items here are almost 3 times more expensive than you'll find in other stores and online. If this were the only store of its kind in the area, this might be a solid option for the convenience, but considering there's a much more affordable store about 20 minutes away, it's really not a good option. I'd give 3.5 if I could but the prices really were a huge detriment for me to be able to give it 4 stars. Definitely worth looking at and seeing what they have in stock and seeing the nice reproduction boxes they made for games, they nice selection of imported games and systems as well as some fan games.

I rarely drive through Smithtown so I figured I'd stop in. The manager was extremely rude, interrupting/cutting me off when asked about possibly negotiating on the price of game guides, then went back to his computer as if I wasn't there. The man does not know how to interact with customers, and it is a miracle he has stayed in business for this long. I recommend Flashback Gaming in East Northport—much more approachable staff who are willing to put the customer first. Anywhere but the Smithtown GameOn...never again.
