This place rocks! Whether you're feeling nostalgic for pinball, browsing the collectibles, or looking to trade old stuff in. They got you covered. Countless good memories, that's why I've been a customer there for 12 years.
I had not been there for a few years but my son wanted to play video & pinball games so decided to swing by Game Cycle. They have way more games than I last remember and many old school ones I had totally forgotten about. More importantly, the staff there was so nice and sweet!! Their compassion for the public real shines!! I left way more happier than when I came. Kiddos Game Cycle, I am thoroughly impressed!! ♥️
Just doing an update! I would have to say this is my favorite place to buy blu-rays! My boys love the arcade! My youngest requested to come here to spend his birthday money. Super nice guys running the place.
Heaven. I come here both as a casual game collector and enjoyer, and if you're like me, you'll be amazed at the selection from corner to corner. You'll find walls of games with the consoles, wires, converters, memory cards, and accessories they pair with. All with fair and up to date prices. On top of that, the arcade experience is wonderfully inviting and nostalgic, plus you just gotta love NFL Blitz. Everyone who works here as given me nothing but honesty and fairness, both as a buyer and a seller, and I'm honored to make questionable financial decisions with my fighting game addiction here. Worth your time and quarters!
This place is just incredible. I’ve been coming to this location since it was Video Outlet, and I gotta say, the Game Cycle knocks it out of the park compared to Video Outlet and any other game store within at least a 100 mile radius. Customer service is top notch, the selection is wonderful. I seriously find so many cool things in there every time I go. Prices are more than reasonable and you can just tell there’s a true love for gaming, especially retro gaming, fueling this place. And they have an arcade. I mean cmon, an ARCADE. I’d literally take a part time job there paying less than minimum wage just to be around all that cool stuff. Seriously, check out Game Cycle. You won’t be disappointed!!!
Great selection of games from ALL eras! Awesome staff and an EPIC arcade like when I was a kid! If you want a piece of nostalgia Game Cycle is the place to go! It's one of the few places that makes me happy to be there!
Really cool little store, in a once populated, abandoned city. Walked in here expecting nothing, and was very surprised of the game selection. I asked if he had PC Engine games, and the owner said no. Then I looked and saw a stack of TurboGrafx games. Most shops wouldn't even know what PC Engine is, and if they did, they would have directed me to the TurboGrafx section... if they had one. They probably wouldn't even know what TurboGrafx is honestly. So, they know their stuff. They get a star for that. The prices seemed very fair. I picked up a copy of Dragon Quest VI on DS for a very reasonable price. Maybe even lower than eBay. Most of these old games stores have crazy prices. I also didn't see any "Nintendo Tax". Where shops list popular Nintendo branded retro games at double, or even triple the value, cause they know they will sell to new retro gamers, that don't understand how to look up prices. Zelda, Mario, Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest etc.. generally have a Nintendo Tax at these retro shops. It's nice to see some stores with prices to compete with eBay. He also has a bunch of old movies for sale. Probably the coolest part of the shop is the in store arcade. Probably 30+ machines you can play on. All authentic arcade and pinballs. I travel a lot from Columbus to Dayton to visit family. I will be stopping here a few times a year with a wad of cash. The selection of quality titles rivals almost every store in Columbus, and the Arcade sets it apart. This shop has to have a monopoly of all the retro-gaming goods in Springfield. If I lived here the guy would kick me out cause this is probably the only place in Springfield to have some fun.
My visit to the best retro game store was truly exceptional! They have an extensive selection that almost perfectly matched what I was looking for, and the staff was not only incredibly friendly but also top-notch. One of the staff members, a guy with tattoos, helped me find many things I was searching for. Overall, this place is absolutely amazing!
I absolutely love this place! They have the best street tacos around and they are super friendly. They have excellent selection of ice cream and all kinds of authentic things to prepare. I definitely recommend trying this place because you will come
It is a very nice facility. Quite a few Technical advances. It also contains the Kuss Auditorium which is a top class event/show venue. It is beautiful.
A fantastic tour! From the family's history and the area's history, great information. It looks like the place could use some touch-up repairs and a deep clean though. Learn about distinct FLW elements and take a journey into the past. Fun experience
If you go late, towards closing be prepared to wait. BUT THE WAIT IS WORTH IT!!! food is so good. So so good. Taco salad, coneys, Italian sub, funnel cake and a strawberry shake and it was all so yummy!
Something for everyone! Both a deli & bakery in one with great facacia grilled sandwiches, salads, carrot cake filled donuts, cookies, pumpkin rolls, a lot of tables, a few couches, & good clean bathrooms!
This is not your average chilli. So if you are looking for a bowl of Texas style 5 alarm chili this is not the place. However, if you are looking for something uniquely different then you should come.
A very curious attraction tucked away in Springfield OH. Stop by and walk through the back yard of the late Mr. Hartman. There are many beautiful buildings and sculptures here, well preserved. You can read about his life and motivations as well.
Absolutely wonderful park. The trails are well marked and maintained. Gorgeous views everywhere you look. It has a decent sized parking lot, a picnic area with tables, and a porta potty. Very cool that it has outdoor climbing as well. Cannot wait to
