Coco was truly amazing from beginning to end every time something was needed she was always right on it! She was always available for home tours and her responsiveness was incredible, super kind and friendly I felt 110% confident with her. I am so happy that I found her and her team. I will definitely be recommending her to everyone I know and would love her to be my agent forever in my future home purchases. I can definitely say she is a 20 out of 10!!!

I work in commercial real estate brokerage now and am writing this because I fully understand now how ill equipped and shady the Gamboa team practices are. Be cautious with this group. Little to NO work was provided by Coco and the rest of the Gamboa team despite how much money they were making from our deal. It was insulting how little effort Coco put into our search and how unprofessional she was almost never showing up to the tours. We were never sent or shown any homes that remotely matched what we asked for. All were generated by a machine and she was never aware or actively looking on our behalf. We had to do all searching ourselves. We now had a lovely home that we located, negotiated, and closed on with absolutely NO assistance from the Gamboa team. At closing we did not feel comfortable with them handling negotiations and felt safer with them staying far away from the deal. Very unfortunate and one of the worst business relationships we've ever been involved with.

Coco Zuniga is an amazing real estate agent! When I moved here from the Midwest a year ago, we were unsure where we wanted to live and had some sticker shock with the prices here. Coco was positive, patient, and professional. She showed me houses and reassured me that we would find what worked for us. We ended up renting for the short term, while we got acquainted with the area. She continued to stay in touch and let us know that she was there for us when we were ready to look. When we were ready, she was right there and ready to help. She guided us through the process and although this was the 4th home we had purchased and the 3rd state we have lived in, it was by and far the best process ever! Coco made the entire process a breeze with her effective negotiation skills, and consistently positive attitude. She is THE BEST AGENT IN UTAH! Oh, and her team is great too! There were a couple of times I wanted to see a house and she had other commitments, and they were there to help her out and were great to work with. The Gamboa team is the team you want to work with!

Coco is the best! My wife and I relocated from Arizona to Utah and Coco was willing to go above and beyond for us time and time again, even when we were out of state by doing virtual tours with our phones. To say we were picky buyers would be an understatement, so I think we were destined to have someone with the determination and patience like Coco to find us our new home. She is very responsive and quick to go view homes as soon as we found ones we wanted to see. By the end of the process she became family and my kids would all run up and give her big guys every time they saw her. Would highly recommend her!!

Coco was amazing with helping us sell our first home. We had so many questions about the process and Coco was so knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. She was a great communicator and would always reply to us asap. Coco did extensive research to help us price our house right and we were able to sell it quickly at the price we wanted.
