After going to this hotel a few times and having a fairly good experience, I must admit that this last experience was not as good as my previous ones by a long shot. While there are some positives like having two bedrooms, the rooms service is timely and food quality fairly good, I just could not reconcile the value for money. The valet parking was costly at US$50 per night. This is the cost of renting a small car. I am not quite sure why this cost is so high, and yet we are expected to tip the valet. Upon check out, you have to get your ticket stamped and so have to walk back to Front Desk after checking out. Front Desk should have at least asked whether we had a car and asked for the ticket so that we do not have to walk back.||The other issue was the shower. The water pressure is so strong that you cannot stand under it to take a shower. We asked for maintenance and he basically said that he could not fix the problem as it is the same for all units. Very disappointing.||The headboards of the bed was caked in dust. Clearly not cleaned for months.||The biggest problem was the carpet. It consumed the air with a moldy smell and caused my family serious allergies. The corridor carpet was also very bad. The smells were overwhelming. We had to leave the hotel. While we had cleared out most of our stuff, we did not check out due to having a few items left in the room. When we came back the items were missing. I went to Front Desk to inquire and they promised to get back to me but they never did. A blue child's jacket, a charger and a case of bottled water were all taken from the room without our permission.||This hotel should consider removing all carpet and tiling all floors instead. There is definitely an air quality issue at this hotel and the Health officials should inspect this hotel and demand that this problem is fixed.

Came with a Ladies Group for the yacht experience onboard the Catalina. Last year I had a street view room. This year I decided to reserve an ocean view room. However, I was given an ocean view room with a wall blocking the ocean view. The clerk told me they were at full occupancy, BUT I could upgrade to another room for a fee. BUT HOW if there weren’t any rooms available???? Make it make sense! After voicing my concerns, Orlando (Director) did change my room. Excellent customer service on his behalf. My only regret was I wish my concerns would’ve been addressed at check-in due to the fact that I was only able to enjoy the beautiful ocean view from my room for 1 day of my 3 day stay.

Customer service is unmatched 😊‼️ Guest service representative Gianni was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I was with a very large group. He never got frustrated. He kept a smile the entire time. He took care of us. He asked if there was anything else he could do to assist us to make a stay more pleasant? This young man went above and beyond his job. Thank you so much Gianni ☺️‼️

This Hilton property is small but its proximity to the beach and restaurants combined with the great service from all staff members makes you feel more at home than at some of the larger properties. Pool was closed due to the condo next door that is under repair (should reopen soon) however we had pool access to the beach properties.|Take advantage of the free service operated by Circuit, no need to Uber to the beach.|Intercostal views are best and it’s stop #7 on the water taxi, another good way to get to all tourist attractions.|Rooms offer you extra space for relaxing with a convenient kitchenette and sitting area with balconies.|Liquor store, Starbucks, grocery store, drugstore, shopping mall and restaurants just a short walk away for a quick fix.|Finally the staff made my stay, they are super sweet, engaging, accommodating and lots of fun. I give them all a 5 star rating especially because my flight was cancelled due to the Hurricane and they were quick to welcome me back until I was able to fly back home.|If you’re traveling with a friend or family, Gallery One is a great option.|A special thank you to Romane, Thomas, and Joseph, remarkable customer service and a great asset to your hotel.|This hotel is a great all around value when considering a trip to Ft. Lauderdale.

Awesome hotel with an excellent view. Very friendly staff. Will stay here again. Walking distance to quite a few restaurants and the beach is literally an 8min walk across the bridge. JUST AWESOME!!!! The cookies that they give you upon check-in were delicious as always.

I’ll just say that parking in Ft. Lauderdale is minimal at best. In my opinion most if not all, “luxury” hotels need to update to smart tvs. | The pool was down for maintenance during our visit. There were accommodations in place for the inconvenience. The ability to use other properties worked in place. | Having a rental car was a plus for this location, isn’t on the beach but very close. In our case we left our Firestick ! The weather wouldn’t permit us to enjoy the outdoors.| So the day in particular was a little rough but still relaxing. The staff were very polite and helpful so overall I’ll say a strong 4.

Rafael the manager was very nice, but one of our bathrooms wasn't quite clean, the pool & hot tub STILL wasn't fixed even though it was supposed to be and one of the clerks was guarding their cookies with her life (we had 3 guests but she wanted ID from each person to give everyone a cookie).... I could return if I really needed to but I doubt very seriously that I would. There is a Publix in a stripmall a block or so, up & across the street. The hotel restaurant has tasty food.

The room has plenty of rust, shower head disgusting with black mold and ,the carpet frayed and wet from ac, smoke detector kept going off, the headboard stained and covered in dried urine. No shampoo or conditioner in shower. Phone in room wouldn't work, phone in LR only worked on speaker. The kitchenette had peeling paper, rust, and mold. |Check the bedroom door forced it to close, then struggled to open. The bedroom door you can see where a screw driver was used to pry the door open. Stains on the sofa arms. ||Not sure when the room was last used extremely, Extremely unacceptable...the GM of the hotel should do a full walk thru of the hotel rooms. ||This is my ho est critique. I have stayed in many different hotels...this hotel byfar had me scared of catching a disease..
