Good pizza. It’s pan style where the dough is kind of like Pizza Hut- greasy and a bit crispy/ chewy. I liked it.
The pizza was sold by the slice ( in a square shape) and was pretty cheap.

Been wanting to come for so long now. Heard and read so many good things about their pizza. Came day after new years, so we got lucked out with no wait (compared to normally is a long line). This is cash only. Reasonably priced. Staff were friendly especially for first timers, they didn't rush you. Very spacious inside (for north end) with good amount of table seatings.
Small menu so we wanted to try everything. They only have cheese pizza. But sells quick so they're always making fresh batches throughout the day. We got cheese pizza, Arancini, pizzette and panzarotti. Everything was good but I wouldn't say it'll be worth waiting in a long line for.
3.5 stars would be more accurate.
This was so awesome! I bumped into a couple regulars and ask where I should visit. They pointed to Galeria umbertos and walked me in. I ordered a slices of pizza and calzone! The are CASH ONLY, which put me in a pickle but the local regular Nelson was so kind and bought me my food! Both were delicious and I can see why they were super busy. The hospitality and kindness of the people in little Italy is what will keep me coming back! The line of people and speediness of service should be a determination of why you should check it out!
I hadn't been here for many years but I remembered how good the pizza was - I was on a work trip just outside of Boston and made a trip into the city and made sure to stop here. Still delicious! The men behind the counter were really nice - people coming in knew them by name and were asking about their families. I got in right before the line started getting long but the line seemed to be moving quickly.
Exceptional food for the price. Arrived shortly after opening so line was short. I can see why this place is so popular. The server was friendly to boot.

Old-school cash only pizza place. Only open for a few hours each day but they sell out pretty quickly. I’m normally a NY-style pizza kinda guy, but this Sicilian pizza was delicious. Some of the best and cheapest pizza in the city.
