Martin (owner of the shop) is the guy! I built my pc myself and couldn’t fix my boot up problem. He worked the issue going through a very thorough checklist to figure out that it was a very complex intermittent issue. He tested every component in the computer to validate each parts condition. He’s my first option in the Gainesville area every time for device repair, including consoles.

Excellent, honest service with reasonable prices and a very fast turnaround. I brought in a laptop with an inflating battery and a weird "hard drive not found" error. He replaced the battery and reformatted the hard drive, and it worked fine. The next day I had the same error crop back up, so he replaced the hard drive for no extra charge. Absolutely stand-up guy, I'll recommend him for any computer repair for anyone!

I came in to fix my laptop not turning on. I have had previous terrible experience with Geek Squad, and was hoping to try a smaller business. I am never going back to a Best Buy now. Martin was respectful, passionate about his work, and fixed my laptop in two days, whereas Geek Squad would've taken two+ weeks (and have 4x the cost). Not only that, but he told me about the issue and how he fixed it in heavy detail, also typed in the receipt. Amazing experience, and absolutely will seek his service again when needed!

Martin did a fantastic job, my power supply fried and my power cord melted and my motherboard needed an upgrade, he was able to save my files so I didn't loose anything and restore my computer to a much better then it was before. I thought i would have to buy a new pc but thanks to Martin I got it all back better then before. With great service and customer communication, and a fair price. Will Highly recommend this Shop. Really prompt service. I took in a laptop that was giving me a blue screen error… literally tried all solutions from Reddit and YouTube and nothing worked. I called this place up and Martin answered on the third ring. He has a way about him that makes serious computer issues seem like no big deal. Martin was very accommodating and was prepared to fit the repair into my schedule. I picked up my laptop the next day, the issue was fixed and it’s faster than it was brand new. Overall the price was great, the job was complete above and beyond my expectation, and service was very personalized. I’ll be coming back for any other computer problems in the future.

Martin was very prompt and professional. He helped me very quickly realize that there were issues with my laptop that would need to be repaired, and helped me get claims with my insurance company. Will definitely come back here if anything happens to my computers!

Best experience with any Computer repair company ever. I called explaining my problem with my daughter’s computer. Super customer service. Told me he could fix it and have it ready by the next day.
